Biggest Let Down On Ninja Storm Generations?

Which playable character available on Naruto Ship Ninja Storm Gen let you down the most and why?

To clarify I'm not asking you to tell me which character you thought seemed weakest to you, I'm asking you to tell me which character you personally thought would be OP let you down the first time you tried them out and why?

For me, I'd have to say Pain. Being as amazingly powerful as he was during the Anime I expected his moves to be a lot more flashy and varied, however his moves were more Tai Jutsu based than anything, most of them consisted of the 6paths punching, throwing and kicking. Even shinra Tensei was pityful, it hardly does any damage and lasts like 2 seconds :/ I feel like they limited his abilities way too much.

If u choose Pain against a opponent who using long range type fighters, then u will lose........... but you're right about Pain hes taijutsu combo is incredible.

I am going to have to say snake cloak Kabuto...

his jutsu is hard to hit with
his tilt is also a pain to hit players with
his ultimate is pretty good though but that's about it...

A let down? Man the only Naruto game i played was back when the gamecube around. The first game ever from Naruto it had Haku, Zabuza, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, and an unlockable tailed naruto. Now that was fun

Story mode. Still pictures, really? Was it so hard to spend some time animating in-game?
Broken characters. Masked Man comes to mind. Deidara and Tenten still need some balancing, since they can spam near-infinitely.

Pain was a pretty lame character to use since Storm 2. I'd rather fight solely as Deva with interesting combos. I hate how for most Naruto games, developers cheat their way out of making 6 individual and unique paths of Pain and just bundle it all into one.

There's so much wrong with Storm 2/Generations that I hope is fixed in Storm 3 and later installments.

I Hate young tenten ninjutsu hers and gaaras are the only ninjutsu you cant dodge by running -_- , yeah i hate pain to , i beleieve they shouldve just let him fight like he was fighting naruto , all the other summoning and all that is stupid .... and hes slow af , they should change his ultimate to chibaku tensei :T_T: ,

If you quit you should get a loss. And pains almighty push is op it stops everything so i disagree there. besides that i love how short story mode was. I just want to unlock characters and fight as fast as possible.

Naw pain is a beast and Susanno Sasuke was a beast.

Jiryah, Tsunade, and Sakura all suck bcz they are slow

i would say hashi ...i was expecting a better ult/ just at least bigger moves....instead it seems yamato is more badass than him...its mostly his appearances...km naruto was a tad bit of a let down as well

on the other note love the naruto ult of that jutsu he uses against kurama(the many gargantuan rasengans)

The stupid prats that keep hopping and only chakra dash from mid air.. I actually put my mic on and said to one in a game the other day "If your not gonna play the game properly I'm not gonna give you the privilege of a good fight"

the character that let me down the most would probably be the 1st hokage i thought he would be more powerful and more well just more

For character I'd say Hashirama, though I think the biggest let down of the game was no cinematic fights.

masked man, to slow, to generic combos to spammable and when a chacater becomes spammable you can't use them online or your labeled one from the get go
