minato- for committing suicide. i wouldnt want her to die, but the love of his life's dying wish was for naruto to grow up with a father...so he kills himself so both of them could see naruto for a few moments...give me a break.

leaf higher ups- for a ton of reasons

Sasuke -for not taking the opportunity to get with Ino, Sakura, or Karin!! and for not listening and not seeking revenge.
