Despite the title ladies and gentlemen, I want nominations with evidence not just arbitrary comments. I want you to nominate someone within the Gotei 13, Vizards, Fullbringer etc. who have committed dumba** actions repeatedly or just one monumental action worthy of winning the title of "biggest dumba**" in Bleach.

Why-The ex-captain was losing the entire time he fought Kenpachi, and the one opprotunity he gets to be known as the man "who killed the Kenpachi" he wastes spewing all his bullcrap about his "Justice".If you ask me he deserved the a**kicking he got once Kenpachi figured out his ability(which I like by the way) and that is why I believe he is the biggest Dumba**(even though I liked his character design).

The bount arc had so many flaws it was ridiculous.

Also Wut the hell kensei in hollow form was hella strong and yet he struggled against wonderweiss I call b.s especially with how badasss his bankai was.
