Well tbh, Naruto does use assistance from Kurama to win. BUT, the criticism that Naruto gets for this makes no sense for the following reasons:
- You use whatever power available to you to win
- Special mastery/skill is required to use Kurama's chakra
- Naruto is genetically one of very few who can actually be a jinchuriki for the nine tails
- Both Naruto and Sasuke's power was largely given not earned so one source of power being a living thing versus another persons body part really doesn't make much difference
- Sasuke used chakra of all 9 bijuu in VOTE 2

You cannot compare eyes with a living entity. Show me a scan of Sasuke's eyes building chakra for him, talking to him and giving him advice.
