Biggest base to transformed difference?

What's the most drastic increase in strength of a base character that goes full power? I do not mean, who has the strongest transformation. I mean what's the biggest strength increase? Examples:
Base Naruto->BM Naruto
Base Guy->7th Gate(8th Gate doesn't count, being we know almost nothing about it)
Base Kisame(No Samehada)->Kisame fused with Samehada
Base Bee->Full Hachibi mode
Naruto, Kisame, and Bee are already beast in base mode, so I'm going to have to say Guy. Guy isn't that strong in base, but once he goes 6th-7th Gate, everyone completely changes.
