Just a guess at what devil fruit she may have
Food food fruit (power to change people into food
Fat fat fruit (powers like blob (xmen) thickness)
Giant giant fruit ( not originally one but now is)
Kid kid fruit ( spits em out like water, she everyone's mama)
Country country fruit ( like castle fruit (bege)but bigger.
Would like to read any other theories.

Shanks = Haki
Kaido = Zoan
BIG MUM = (Logia)
Blackbeard = Logia - Paramecia - (Zoan)

Maybe sweet-sweet fruit that makes everything become sweets/cakes etc. on her will. Explains how she was able to eat her crew mate by turning him into a cake and her ship, island and affection towards sweets.

I mean yeah if u think about it acid has properties to break down anything if she's similar to megllagalan or Caesar the clown

And controls a plethora of different acids each having different properties to attack and defend herself (as well as breaching certain defensive things)

If she does have this I hope they go in depth and make it really cool and abstract like kuma or laws df
