Its one of my theory again and hope it comes true so let me elaborate....................
Big mom want caesar very badly for unknown reasons and in the last chapter she probably took him with sanji, but where..??
Lola is the daughter of Big mom(safe to assume)
Remember those mountains like creature after thriller bark that appeared in front of lola
That was kaido's ship present on sky island at that time approaching lola from above to kidnap her and that all was the shadow of his ship which seems huge just as when Sh's saw huge monster shadow before going to sky island
There is not one sky island but many of them as indicated in chapter 795.
Maybe Big mom and Kaido had huge rivalry in the past where kaido is unable to defeat her or they stalemate each other due to which kaido planned to kidnap lola so that he can lure big mom into his trap and would kill her at right time.
Kaido has Caesar working for him and has his poison gas which is used on lola or for trap, so that lola can't escape herself
This explains why big mom is after caesar and pursuing SH's, so that she can use caesar to undo the gas for big mom to save her daughter.
When pekoms reached zou and saw what all happened there it drives him crazy which also assured them that caesar is capable of undoing poison gas and also gave big mom a reason to kill kaido for destruction of zou and took caesar and sanji, where sanji makes an agreement of using caesar's heart for his own survival and to forgive them for luffys behavior in fishman island in exchange of doing lola's rescue.... Thats why sanji has not left any details about his location in his note because he himself didn't know where he will be taken too, so he entrusted nami and minks to tell about pekoms appearance in zou so that they can follow sanji through the vivre card which lola gave to luffy and they will arrive at the same location which will be kaidos territory where luffy will meet big mom and will work together just for lola to defeat kaido....Just for lola she will accept sanji's agreement of law and luffy to work with her not under her because no younkou will take the help of supernova or other pirate who are weaker than them, you have to work for younkou or inside their flag, this is the rule of new world but big mom might make luffy alliance an exception in this case.........
