Well he is correct on the first part. Naruto's clone has half of Naruto's Chakra.

Creating a clone shares the chakra evenly. So in the very least the basic chakra is halfed.
Naruto can create clones in various modes (biju, sage, biju+sage) so the same principle should go for that, although here seems to be some leeway because he can "choose" in which form the clone is created.

Furthermore all chakra is transferred back (Sage Mode Replenishment), so I would assume at least Sage Chakra is evenly shared if Naruto wants to conjure up Sage Mode Clones.

So for Basic Chakra it's confirmed, for Sage Chakra it's semi confirmed and for Biju Chakra it seems plausible.

We are speaking about Naruto, the chakra monster. He had hundredths of clones running around during the war, even fighting the revived Kages/Madara with just a clone. And Obito is really telling me that half of Naruto's chakra (it's split even between him and the clone) isn't enough?

Well what do I even complain, half of the things done with clones contradicts itself, especially the sage mode replenishing could never work.

Kage Bushin-No-Jutsu divide the chakra of the user among the clones. Bijuu and Nature chakra are not Naruto's chakras. They are from another source, and thus they aren't dived into his clones. The clones itself only holds a portion of his chakra, which at the point should be massive right now, yes. Kakashi stated once that Naruto has about twice the amount of chakra as himself, that still counts as Naruto's natural chakra reserves has not increased since that. (It hasn't even been a year.) Meaning that half of Naruto's chakra, minus the one he has used up already is less than Kakashi right now.

No. I am saying that the Clone has 50% of his chakra. Kage Bushin only divide the chakra of the user. Meaning Naruto's chakra alone. No Senjutsu chakra, nor Bijuu chakra is inside the clone. (If it is, then its only the part that is mixed in with Naruto's chakra, which is very little.)

you sir are wrong,he can use clones to gather nature chakra to fully replenish himself so that shows his clones can hold sage chakra,he had 3 clones running around the battlefield with full chakra cloaks WHILTS distributing chakra.

Contrary to what has been said, Kage Bunshin no jutsu splits Naruto's chakra, Bijuu chakra and SM chakra as well.

Proof:

1) Obviously, Naruto's own chakra is split. Everyone has agreed on this so far.
2) Bijuu chakra is split - This is the case because the clone is in the same rikudu mode as the real Naruto. This mode requires bijuu chakra. Also, Kurama was able to give Naruto's clone chakra to counter Edo-Madara's mokuton jutsu with rasengan barrage. This means that bijuu chakra is definitely split.
3) SM chakra is a combination of the user's chakra with natural energy. In the Pein arc, dispelling a clone redistributed the sage chakra among them. Also, to create SM clones, sage chakra must be split.

Conclusion: There are 4 possible explanations;

1) 3 yrs of Sakura's chakra is a huge amount of chakra. This amount presumably rivals that of a Naruto clone.

2) Naruto doesn't always, necessarily distribute chakra evenly among his clones. Just because chakra is split, doesn't mean that Naruto always splits it evenly. This essentially means that the main body keeps most of the chakra.

3) Traveling to another dimension besides your own requires a huge amount of chakra.

4) Naruto has lost a considerable amount of chakra so far. He had some absorbed by Kaguya and Black Zetsu.

The key that most people missed in this cahpter is Obito himself. Obito was barely brought back to life, and he is almost empty. We could say the current Obito is a shell of his former self, and his body has almost no juice. In fact, when Naruto was explaining how he borught him back, Naruto wanted to tell him that he does not have long to live. To see that, read the previous chapter, where Naruto was healing him. Naruto said it was the last time he was being revived, and Naruto was not even sure if it could work. So yeah, Obito needs some serious juice.

And the Kamui Obito is going to use isn't the same old thing he did in the past. He's going to enter a whole new dimension belonging to Kaguya, not him, hence the need of a huge amount of Chakra.

After Naruto battled kurama in his unconscious, he took kurama's chakra, pretty much making it his own. Thats why during the war Naruto clones all were in kyuubi mode. Also if his shadow clones couldnt divide kurama's chakra, then there would be no possible way for Kurama to give Naruto's clone that extra chakra miles away when he first notices that Madara tried to summon him.
