Yeah i'm not expecting anything at all really, so I can be surprised when he actually does do something. The battlefields overcrowded, Kabuto can't and shouldn't hog all the paneltime.

I think Kishi knows he ****ed up with Izanami and wants to give Kabuto an honorable end in this story.

Hell, let's not forget, he *****ed Obito, brought back Madara, and was the main battle force for the war. One-on-one he'd destroy any character.

Too true. I feel Izanami may have been part of the plan all along, or- his incarceration at least.

One of the best medics in the NV? Can actually use chakra right now? Seems kinda valuable to me.

Madara is the bridge between Uchiha and Senju. Rinnegan can't be achieved without Uchiha prowess and Senju ones.

Well second best isn't an over-exaggeration. I'm well aware Tsunade is the best medic alive. Doesn't make it any less impressive.

It's not Jiraiya or Shisui or anything, makes no sense. Could be Jugo/Karin, couldn't be Madara as his new transformation gave him pretty shoes, could maybe be Obito (very unlikely) and then there's Kabuto. Which seems the most likely.

Won't have to really think about it for much longer tbh

You....really don't get the grips of this manga do you.

You're entitled to that Madara theory no matter how unlikely it is but a changed Kabuto will have plenty of keep Sasuke alive. If just to preserve that rinnegan he wanted out of him or to repay a debt he owed to Itachi (pretty plausible) It's clear your bias for Kabuto is clouding your vision of the manga and no amount of edgy one-liners about Kabuto being '0wneD' is gonna make it cool.
