I am a huge Sai fan, when I joined the forum he was my absolute favourite character.

Guy is also a beast and I really don't see how anyone could find him pathetic, people just don't get the sense of humour him and Lee have.

Sure did. Nice to see somebody remembers that aha, I actually REALLY love Sai's character. He said things to the main characters that i'd wanted to say for years, his powers, design and motivation were great and NOBODY REMEMBERS HIM. Seriously, I think the only 3 times i've ever seen Sai mentioned on this forum were lame insults.

I'm not a big fan of Sai but he's alright. Liked him and Yamato in the beginning (would make a nice team) but then their development dropped and got overshadowed.

I'm a fan of a few different characters but I am in not way shape or form a fan boy of any of them.

My favorite Naruto character is Kakuzu, followed by Kakashi and then the masked man (after he stopped being gofy Tobi, but before he got revealed as Obito) (I have chosen to see them as 3 different characters) those 3 just stand out amount the rest, though I must admit that Pein was pretty bad as to (no, not Nagato, just when we knew him as Pein of the 6 path's)

Well.... If I pushed myself, I could fanboy over Kisame, Orochimaru, Kimimaro, Konan, and Kabuto. Oh, Zabuza, Hanzo, Pein, Tayuya, too. . . .

I'unno, only losers join the bigger fanbases! More people should like the smaller dudes that have interesting features to them and not just "LOL KAMUI", "AMATERASU!" "FTG *Troll Face*".

Those guys are mainly boring!

Many people go over strong characters; and if those characters show a little peak of personality which can be considered as "badass" or "cool"; they got jumped over by fanboys. I mean; Madara was liked here by many many people (before her diva mode); and all he said was one liners or "..."; he was just an op guy; nothing more. Yet he is considered as "badass".

And there are those counter fanbases; such as Itachi's and Minato's; those characters played their parts at the different parts of the stories and not have a type of relation; but the most common point of them are they are being op, "badass", and solving the case whenever when they drop into story; maybe that's why their fanbases conflict a lot ; them being somewhat "similar"; such as you can compare a swimmer with another swimmer, not a wrestler to see his/her ability... I do not like them a lot Minato he has the depth of a bookmarker, and Itachi being praised at the irrevelant parts of the story (knowingly by characters or not) making him somewhat suffocating.

I really like Lee, Neji and Gaara; they had always been my favorites and had character development; even though Kishi butchered Lee and Neji's development in part 2; that does not change the fact that they have really good characteristics and interesting (not op) abilities which i want to see more. And i think they are badass and awesome; someone standing up to fight despite being unconious and being crippled is more badass than summoning a f*cking meteor from sky in my opinion.

Also Tenten get ridiculed a lot; i don't know why; she had been useful infact and she is the most professional acting and ninja-ish k11 girl. She is actually cool but there are dumb "Tenten>so6p lololol" so called jokes are flying around.
