So this is pretty much what we know so far:

We know that Reverie (World Council Meeting) are held every four years
We know that Vivi attended the World Council Meeting once when she was ten

Currently Vivi is 18 meaning its been four years since her last visit when she was 14

Dol Flamingo may come to the World Council meeting in which Vivi will attend for King Cobra, and if Strawhats were to tag along they may meet Vivi
