LOL. It's kind of true. Kishi reuses the spiky short hair like with Minato, Obito, Tobirama, Naruto, Shippuden Kiba, Pain(first time I saw him I thought he was related to Naruto). But his designs can be distinct.

Yep lol. Good point, another thing to mention is that Oda came up with these characters on the spot, kind of his this comic implies. He came up with all these characters in less than an hour I believe is what he said. He created such awesome characters on a whim *_*

Thought it was funny how in the comic "fans of Oda will certainly not be disappointed" cause I always see a lot of us One Piece fans being happy with Oda's work. He could draw a lion fighting a giraffe and we (including myself) would still probably enjoy it Lol
