I'm gonna list some biblical symbolism in Naruto.

Orochimaru appears in the forest of Death to tempt Sasuke with the forbidden power of the curse seal. The Forest of Death is a reverse symbol of the Garden of Eden, while Konoha symbolizes Heaven.

Orochimaru is a snake, like the serpent in Genesis, he was cast out of Konoha by Hiruzen who was then known as "The God of Shinobi". Hiruzen loved Orochimaru, just as God loved Satan, but Orochimaru crossed the line preforming unholy experiments of the civilians in order to achieve immortality and superior knowledge. Satan desired to become god, his conceit forced god to cast him out of Heaven, just like Hiruzen cast Orochimaru out of Konoha.

Like Satan, Orochimaru resents Konoha for making him an outcast despite him clearly being in the wrong, but nonetheless Orochimaru attacks Konoha. In the end Hiruzen takes Orochimaru's limbs, just as god took the serpents limbs in Genesis. Now Orochimaru was forced to crawl crippled in the darkness, mirroring the fate of the serpent of temptation.

Like Satan Orochimaru misleads the innocent and uses them for his own gain and to spite the righteous.

Pain is a clear symbol of Jesus

See how even his throne appears as a cross, with him emaciated like Jesus. The giant spikes represent the crown of thorns, as well as completing the cross iconography. In the end in an ironic twist, he dies for his own sins, accepting Naruto as the true messiah, or the true Jesus Christ symbolically.

Later on things get even crazier, the 10 tailed beast is an obvious parallel to revelations, with the 10 horned beast being a central figure in the apocalypse. Obito and Madara serve as the false prophets, who exist to mislead the world with false hope. Jesus appears in Revelations glowing like the sun, sound familiar? Naruto glows like the sun this entire arc. Naruto even gains the ability to heal with just a touch, making his Jesus parallels even more obvious. He leads the people down the "true" path of hope, and forgives even his worst enemies so long as they sincerely repent for their sins.

Then of course you have the tree of God from Genesis, the forbidden fruit again, these are reused symbols but more obvious in this case. Kaguya is eve, but these all have their own spin on them, because these symbols were already used with Orochimaru and Sasuke. Still, there are plenty more parallels to be drawn, in Revelations there is even an entity that revives the dead, being Kabuto in this case.

That's because Bible was written by kishi's ancestors for people of that period to read something funny and adventures.

"Hey, I saw some similarities from one of metaphysical world view, so I am going to make topic about it!"

What if I told you, that Eve and world tree part is in almost any major world religion.
Nothing even surprising about it. Naruto has many different religions, philosophies in it. That is what makes these series popular, that it is for all kinds of people. Obviously, mostly it is going to have Asian cultural aspects in it.

Yes and No.

Kaguya is based on Kaguya from Tale of the Bamboo Cutter. The God Tree is based on another Tale involving some angry Tree trying to retrieve its stolen fruit. In the Tablet's version anyways.

The rest does have similarities to your description

The only canonical bible reference was obito calling sasuke his judas or something like that. Everything else is linked to asian beliefs.

It's a good thing that Tobious was able to control NV Jesus (nagato). But Hiruzen is suppose to be sungokuwan while Hashirama is suppose to be some enlightened Buddah.
