The gentle rippling of water was replaced by the harsh crunch of ice and snow beneath Blackbeard's feet. His grin was lost behind a sour scowl now, the rogue tormented by the cold and the barren landscape. Rocky and mountainous, Bhandao's climate was one of Blackbeard's least favorites. He moved hurriedly along a river, intent on reaching his target.
"I can still feel you," he grunted to himself.
Blackbeard had begun sensing the chakra signature shortly after stepping foot ashore the island. A sign of life, perhaps one that could guide him to a more popular and scenic stretch of land.
"Blast it, I must be back in the Lightning Country."
He trudged on and, at long last, ran into his target. The chakra signature he had felt upon reaching the island, a rather small-framed man of dark hair also moving along the rive, 14 meters away. Blackbeard's grin returned, flashing his toothy maw at the stranger.
"I was following that chakra signature of yours ever since I got on that there shore nearby. But now that I'm closer, I can get a better taste! It's pretty big for a shrimp like you."
Blackbeard's eyes shifted, cycling through its stages to his Eternal Mangekyo.
"And that nasty cough you've got. Your skin ain't looking too fresh either! Zehahahahaha! You wouldn't happen to be one of those sick bounties, would you?"

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye(Passive)

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

Blackbeard wasted no time in staging his attack. Whether or not the stranger responded to his coy taunts wouldn't change anything either way. His chakra was immense, and he bore the tell-tale signs of those infected by the disease. He gathered his chakra into his eyes and focused them on Menma's shoulder. A trail of blood dripped from Blackbeard's left eye, and the blak flames of Amaterasu appeared upon Menma's shoulder.

Descripton: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, Amaterasu is the ability to ignite the undying black flames. The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. This dispiction is somewhat linked to the fact that, because of the damage produced in ones eyes, as the user closes his eyes and prepares to use Amaterasu, tears of blood flow through his face. The black flames lack momentum and impact (being unable to break through strong solid inert defenses) but have a very high parasitic ability, spreading through anything that comes in contact with them and consuming with enormous ease, any type of fire. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas with enhanced speed and reactions (such as Third and Fourth Raikage in Lightning Armor) when facing the user can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. This is related to the somewhat slow ignition and burn of the flames. While they burn for 7 days, can't be doused and are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly. Also, its been noticed that Dojutsu users (3 Tomoe Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan) and skilled chakra sensors can see/feel the overflow and increasing chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it, as target would need to move faster than the user can focus his eye on it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's sand shield. By coming between the user and his target, a fast enough defense can block the intended focal point (the enemy) and defend him from the black flames, as long as its tangible and completely blocks the users line of sight.

During its creation, Blackbeard infused the flames with his own potent Yin energy and warped its properties. Where the flames would normally scorch hot, they were now freezing; cold enough to induce frostbite on contact instead of burns. Where the flames were normally docile and slow to raze, Blackbeard instead infused an extremely reactive nature. In contact with the air around Menma, the flames violently exploded outward with the freeze and frost infused. As the flames expanded outward, surrounding Menma, the final property manifested. Befitting his cruel nature, Blackbeard also endowed the flames with a secondary reaction; upon having the pressure of the burst acting on them, the flames quickly hardened into a form resembling solid ice, encasing Menma within the slab almost immediately after the freezing explosion consumed his body. The solidification ensured the explosion was contained to Menma's immediate area, and his trapped body began to peel and crack as the slab's frostbiting nature overwhelmed him.

Description: Seeking a way to enhance the body to its uttermost limits, a group of shinobi known as the Pillar Men created the Kinjutsu known as "Phantom Blood." Sealed into stone masks by its creators, Phantom Blood is a Kinjutsu designed to transform the body; upon being touched by blood and worn on the face, the mask releases several spines that inject a surge of Yang-based energy into the user's body that binds itself to their cells and naturally occurring fluids. This process permanently transforms the user into an entity known as a "Vampire," the Yang-based energy passively granting them physical prowess and agility on par with that of the Second of the Eight Inner Gates. Vampires possess immense longevity, their lifespans continuing indefinitely, and can even remain alive after any injury that would normally be fatal for ordinary humans(in terms of the function of the RP, this aspect of the longevity is largely cosmetic; the user's health points still abide to normal health rules and the user will still lose a match when their health reaches zero). However, they are not truly immortal; a fatal injury to the brain will result in the death of a vampire as normal. This longevity grants those under the influence of Phantom Blood a naturally higher capacity to heal, able to passively recover from damage on par with Hashirama Senju's passive regeneration. Minor wounds, burns, cuts, etc. will all passively heal over a small period of time, closing up wounds and injuries after one turn. While this healing can recover such wounds over the course of one turn, it is not without its limits; a Vampire's passive healing is only able to restore the body so that it can function, but does not restore lost HP(for instance, an arm broken by an A-rank technique will mend itself, but the user will not recover the lost 60 points of their health).
This longevity can also be manifested in enhanced ways, though these require active uses. The user can increase the power of the regeneration to restore up to 75 Health Points. This can be used to mend more severe injuries, such as restoring destroyed organs or reattaching detached limbs. Should the user make physical contact with another living organism, such as a bio or summoning creature, the user can execute this ability with greater ease, compensating for the comparatively lesser use of chakra by stealing some of the opponent's vitality.
Note: Enhanced regeneration requires physical contact with target and can only be utilized two times per battle. Can only be used by Yin-Yang masters
Note: Active regeneration occupies a move slot, consuming 70 chakra. Through direct contact, the chakra drainage drops to 50 chakra. Regular version can be used once every two turns, direct contact once every other turn. Either version can only be used twice per battle

Description: Initially, a technique first created and used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (who used it to create the nine tailed beasts), Creation of All Things is the core basic yet purer form of Yin-Yang Release and pertains to the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness followed by the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, breathing life into form. Essentially, this technique allows one to create beings out of ones imagination. These beings are alive, self suficient and real. However, without the powers of Hagoromo, a normal master of Yin-Yang Release's usage of the technique pales and one cannot create something as a Bijuu. Even in his case, he needed to use the chakra of the Shinju to create the 9 Bijuu, so even in battle he is limited in the use of the technique. In Narutobase RP, however, one can create 1 living being, never bigger than 3x the size of the creator, that has the following abilities:
Can use 3 of the elements the creator knows (including AEs and/or CEs)
Can use one of the following: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, a Clan's HA, KG/KT, an Advanced Ninjutsu (Sound, Poison, etc), or universal ability (Fuuinjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Yin-Yang Release, etc), a mode (SM, SHB, etc.) as long as the creator knows it
Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 150 points
Can use all techniques the creator knows of the fields it is able to use
Can be sentient or not, with human levels of inteligence or not, including power of speech and a mental link to the creator
Can have one of the following passive traits/skills: chakra sensory, increased physical strength resulting in +20 damage to Taijutsu, immunity to Genjutsu, usage of its elements without handseals or source restrictions, 40 damage reduction from clashes, a speed of 1.5x the speed of its creator, chakra transfer ability, immunity to fuuinjutsu techniques
Will have the physical abilities of the traits of the form created (for example, if it has wings, it can fly, etc etc) but it cannot be human nor the same as a real animal (has to, in some way, be unique and different from existing creatures)
It will also abide to the following restrictions:
The creation will stay in the fight even if the creator dies (in RP terms, if you die and your creation is still alive and wins, you win the fight and can continue in the event playing with your creation).
The creator can only have one creation per bio at any given time.
The creation will be initially formed at the end of the Yin-Yang training, serving as a rite of passage of Yin-Yang Mastery, after which it will need to be stated in the bio that has it and the user will always enter the field with it.
The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.
Creations cannot be done during a fight but can be done in any RP thread, be it a training thread or an RP NW thread.
It cannot have "absolute" traits such as being considered immortal or only existing in Limbo. It is a real, living, flesh and bone being that has the abilities listed above.
Cannot have a Doujutsu, Shikotsumyaku, Souma no Ko, Jikūkan or learn to open the Eight Inner Gates.

Xebex takes the form of a large cerberus, being three times as big as its master. Xebec has three heads, two of them being dog heads and the other being a fox. The dog parts have blue fur while the fox's side has yellow fur. It also has three yellow tails that are prehensile enough to be used with all the dexterity of a hand and are large enough to grip humans. The dog parts have black hair on the top of their heads and backs and one of the tails had white fur on the tip. Xebec appears to be covered in sutures, and two of the heads have bandages on its face. All three heads, in fact, share the same consciousness. Its penis is massive and it is still bigger than Goetia.

(Fuinjutsu/Purasumoidoton: Ten no Shukufuku)- Plasmoid Release/Sealing Arts: Heavenly Blessing

Description: A body seal that activates at the start of battle that will passively infuse the user's clothing/armor with Plasmoid chakra. The Plasmoid forms the kanji for heaven (天) on the user's clothing/armor appearing as a bright white symbol. As a result of this seal, arcs of energy will be seen flowing off of the user’s clothing up to a meter from the user. The purpose of this seal is to increase the power of techniques utilized by the user by constantly absorbing nearby thermal energy. To achieve this effect, the user will utilize the signature property of Plasmoid. This involves siphoning thermal energy off of energy based objects once in range or the opponent if they get within range (5m). As an energy based object weak to Plasmoid nears the user, the seal will passively draw in the thermal energy and convert it to chakra for the user. By doing this the user will be able to passively enhance one of their techniques by twenty damage points or one rank depending on the situation by using the chakra to empower the techniques even more. At the cost of a move when an opponent gets within range, the user can preform the seal of confrontation to activate the seal. This will cause a short range spherical barrier to expand with the user at the center. In this barrier, the user effectively becomes the core of the Plasmoid and the barrier will move along with the user. Opponents who are within this barrier will begin to feel sluggish and cold as their thermal energy drains, this results in their speed being reduced by 2 levels and taijutsu and weapon techniques to be weakened by 10 damage. This effect increases by 1 speed levels and 5 damage for each turn the opponent remains in range. Eventually on the 4th turn, the target will be rendered completely frozen due to losing all their thermal energy. To maintain the barrier will however drain the user of 10 additional chakra per turn during which no other chakra based techniques can be used.

  • After empowering an attack or activating the barrier, this technique goes into a three turn cool down.

"Who...*cough* in the hell are you....*cough*?" Menma replied after hearing the man say he had been tracking his chakra signature for quite sometime now. Feeling the immediate threat the opponent posed while his opponent's eyes shifted into the different stages of the Sharingan, Menma in turn likewise passively and instantly gained his Sage Mode by pulling the natural energy from the land and meshing it with his own chakra. The effects of the virus were quite detrimental to Menma's ability to effectively use his Sage Mode as well. He knew he was going to be at a major disadvantage if this fight drew out longer than he cared for. With his Sage Mode intact however, Menma could sense the build up of immense chakra from his opponent concentrated in his eye. As the black flames manifested and would try to ignite onto his shoulder, Menma's Tailed Beast chakra would be concentrated into his body which he would use in the same timeframe to empower his own movements resulting in an incredible burst of speed that removed him from the focal point of the opponent's view just before the flames exploded. The enhanced movement made by Menma, was enough to make the opponent's attack miss and the explosion of flames soon turned into an encasement of ice where Menma was last standing. As Menma ran making a wide arc around towards his opponent, two clones were created alongside him each exhibiting the same transformations. Once the clones were created, one would run directly towards his opponent while the other would begin running in the opposite direction going into the complete opposite direction. The formation would result in a pincer attack with Menma running in a arc to the right, Clone 1 in a arc to the left, and Clone 2 running directly ahead towards the opponent. If unimpeded, they would all be moving in to meet the opponent head on in a close range bout.

( Kanpekinanin Gama Sennin Modo ) - Perfect Toad Sage Mode - passive/instant

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x3. Their strength increases, empowering Taijutsu techniques and Ninjutsu by +30. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required. Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy, Sage Art: Frog Kata and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve.

( Bijū Mōdo ) - Tailed Beast Mode

Description: Once the user and Kurama start working together, he gains access to Kurama's full abilities through this mode. By melding Kurama's unrestrained chakra together with his own, the user is able to enter Tailed Beast Mode with his shroud undergoing a drastic change. The shroud itself parts down the middle and opens into a large full-length coat, revealing a black undergarment with magatama near his neck, whilst his seal's numerous swirl-patterns that were located all over his body, open out into complete, dark circles. The user also gains slit pupils and his whisker-markings become much thicker. The colour of the cloak turns orange, having mixed Naruto's yellow chakra and Kurama's red. Minato's cloak is slightly darker than Naruto's. The cloak also has nine tail-like appendages formed from the cloak and flowing from it with lines running down the middle of each. While in this form, his speed and strength is dramatically enhanced, even beyond the level of the 9 Tails Chakra Mode. However, rather than becoming a true flesh-replica of the fox, the chakra shroud from the enhanced Nine-Tails Chakra Mode instead enlarges and recreates Kurama's overall form, while retaining the exact same seal that was previously present on the user's body. Not only is the chakra cloak translucent, not hindering his vision from inside, but it can also be manifested partially, according to his needs. While he can perform techniques while on this mode, his use of clones is limited, and the user can only make 2 clones.
Note: Lasts a maximum of 8 turns and can only be used twice per battle, standing as his complete transformation. After it ends, the user cannot use any Bijuu techniques for 3 turns and cannot use any transformation for at least 4 turns.

Description:
Using the power of their bijuu to boost their physical abilities, the Jinchuriki is able to dash and move at incredible speeds. While doing so, the user will move and run on all fours (if applicable) and display a movement much more in tune to the animal traits his bijuu possesses. The speed at which one can move is relative to the transformation used. The basic Red Chakra Cloak doubles the users speed while the Incomplete Transformation triples his speed. The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.
Note: this version can only be used by Bijuus with Chakra Cloak or Incomplete Transformation active. Naruto can use this technique in both his 9 Tails Chakra mode as well as his Bijuu Mode.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Blackbeard's intuition regarding is strength was right, and it wasn't long before his greedy nature began to rear its head.

"Zehahahaha! Ye actually managed to dodge it, kid! Say, it'd be a shame if ye died here today. Why not join me instead?"

As Blackbeard spoke, he mentally commanded Xebec to act. Per its master's instructions, the Creation lifted one of its tails and rested it onto Blackbeard's shoulder. It released a surge of Yang energy into Blackbeard's body, invigorating it even further. Blackbeard's legs in particular were reinforced, granting the Sage a boost in his speed.

Description: By channeling copious amounts of Yang energy, the user is able to infuse others with this, temporarily enhancing their physical attributes. This is achieved in two ways, either by direct touch or proximity. The first is more limited to a single person but has greater benefits; those channeled directly into will be able to reduce 35 damage from physical contact and gain physical alterations to their body that the Yang energy 'breathes' into life, such as twice the height or width of their body, additional arms or legs, etc as long as within reason and used solely for physical purposes. Should the user use the alternative release, then he is able to release Yang energy from his body up to Long range away, affecting all allies in the range. This variant allows the user to augment all allies with the same type of changes, ranging from all gaining wings to more. These changes only last a limited time, however; after 3 turns pass, the grown appendages or changes fall and revert back to normal. Depending on the alteration, one of a few benefits might be obtained.
Note: If additional arms, stronger arms or alterations related to the arm are made, then the target will gain an additional +20 to Taijutsu. If the changes target the head, the user is able to grant a 2x tracking. If leg based alterations are made, then the target will gain either +4 levels to his base speed or +20 damage to leg based tai. If changes target the torso, then an universal durability boost of B rank Ninjutsu immunity is obtained and if wings or similar is created, then the user is able to fly at thrice their speed.
Note: The damage and speed boosts are considered Passive and Base Speed increases. The values listed in the techniques are if the touch based variant is used. If the ranged variant is used, then these benefits are reduced by gained on a lesser scale ( +15 to Tai instead of +20, +2 Speed Levels, 1.5x Tracking, or -15 from all physical clashes).
Note: Touch based variant can only affect up to two people per event. Ranged variant creates a wave of Yang energy that affects up to 3 allies and lasts up to 4 turns.

Description: Initially, a technique first created and used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (who used it to create the nine tailed beasts), Creation of All Things is the core basic yet purer form of Yin-Yang Release and pertains to the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness followed by the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, breathing life into form. Essentially, this technique allows one to create beings out of ones imagination. These beings are alive, self suficient and real. However, without the powers of Hagoromo, a normal master of Yin-Yang Release's usage of the technique pales and one cannot create something as a Bijuu. Even in his case, he needed to use the chakra of the Shinju to create the 9 Bijuu, so even in battle he is limited in the use of the technique. In Narutobase RP, however, one can create 1 living being, never bigger than 3x the size of the creator, that has the following abilities:
Can use 3 of the elements the creator knows (including AEs and/or CEs)
Can use one of the following: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, a Clan's HA, KG/KT, an Advanced Ninjutsu (Sound, Poison, etc), or universal ability (Fuuinjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Yin-Yang Release, etc), a mode (SM, SHB, etc.) as long as the creator knows it
Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 150 points
Can use all techniques the creator knows of the fields it is able to use
Can be sentient or not, with human levels of inteligence or not, including power of speech and a mental link to the creator
Can have one of the following passive traits/skills: chakra sensory, increased physical strength resulting in +20 damage to Taijutsu, immunity to Genjutsu, usage of its elements without handseals or source restrictions, 40 damage reduction from clashes, a speed of 1.5x the speed of its creator, chakra transfer ability, immunity to fuuinjutsu techniques
Will have the physical abilities of the traits of the form created (for example, if it has wings, it can fly, etc etc) but it cannot be human nor the same as a real animal (has to, in some way, be unique and different from existing creatures)
It will also abide to the following restrictions:
The creation will stay in the fight even if the creator dies (in RP terms, if you die and your creation is still alive and wins, you win the fight and can continue in the event playing with your creation).
The creator can only have one creation per bio at any given time.
The creation will be initially formed at the end of the Yin-Yang training, serving as a rite of passage of Yin-Yang Mastery, after which it will need to be stated in the bio that has it and the user will always enter the field with it.
The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.
Creations cannot be done during a fight but can be done in any RP thread, be it a training thread or an RP NW thread.
It cannot have "absolute" traits such as being considered immortal or only existing in Limbo. It is a real, living, flesh and bone being that has the abilities listed above.
Cannot have a Doujutsu, Shikotsumyaku, Souma no Ko, Jikūkan or learn to open the Eight Inner Gates.

Xebex takes the form of a large cerberus, being three times as big as its master. Xebec has three heads, two of them being dog heads and the other being a fox. The dog parts have blue fur while the fox's side has yellow fur. It also has three yellow tails that are prehensile enough to be used with all the dexterity of a hand and are large enough to grip humans. The dog parts have black hair on the top of their heads and backs and one of the tails had white fur on the tip. Xebec appears to be covered in sutures, and two of the heads have bandages on its face. All three heads, in fact, share the same consciousness. Its penis is massive and it is still bigger than Goetia.

The figure outstretched its massive hand and gripped the copy tightly, exposing him to the immense heat of the molten threads that bound him. His manipulation of Yin Release paralleled by few, the Sage used his prowess to remove the Genjutsu's susceptibility to foreign surges, wary of the other copy's potential to free their ally. With the clone trapped and suffering, Blackbeard turned his eyes back to the approaching clones, anticipating their response.

Note: Must have 3 Tomoe Sharingan to use and paralyzing effects last 1 turn.

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent genjutsu. When the user casts a genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. The jutsu increases in strength by one rank and due to the massive amount of chakra used, the jutsu can penetrate through any subversive method against genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. As well, the technique would follow the rules of elemental genjutsu. The user is free to alter the effects of a genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same.
Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle.

The opponent's eye and spiritual prowess proving to be quite the conundrum for the Nine Tails as it tried to relinquish the genjutsu's hold on its host. Stuck in the genjutsu, Clone 1 was made to remain idle due to the paralysis that overcame him. Although he wasn't fearful in the slightest due to knowing he was within a genjutsu.

Meanwhile, Clone Two and Menma had continued on and both had gotten into short range unimpeded by the opponent and were continually closing the distance, both now within 3 meters of them. With the opponent's gaze being fixated now upon them to anticipate their actions, Clone 2 quickly fashioned two handseals and soon after proceeded to slamming his hands to the ground. The action caused a sealing formula to rapidly spread across the ground beneath Blackbeard and Xebec, covering up to two meters which caused them both to be unable to mold chakra as they were now in direct contact with the formula. Clone 2 quickly jumped backwards several meters, as the seal completed because something else was on the way from Menma at the same time.

(Fuuinjutsu: Haisui Chakura) Sealing Arts: Chakra Draining Seal

Description:
This is a simple seal where the user does 2 simple handseals and slams his ground on a surface. Upon that surface, a 2 meter diameter sealing formula circle of kanjis and markings spreads, activating the technique. Any enemy that makes contact with the formula becomes unable to mold chakra as the sealing technique drains his chakra and his stamina. If the enemy manages to escape the seal, he will recover use of his chakra.
Note: Usable twice per battle.

At the same time, as the use of the Fuuinjutsu was merely a distraction, Menma was also acting within the same timeframe. The head of the Nine Tails had formulated around his body while he held both his arms forward outstretched towards his opponents. The head of the Nine Tails with a wide open mouth would rapidly formulate positive black and negative white chakra in a 8:2 ratio. The rapid combination of chakra effectively forming a Bijuu Bomb which quickly filled the area in front of Menma and his clone, the sheer size and speed of the Bijuu Bomb's expansion would render any ability to see past it impossible at the rate it was growing. The growing ball of dense chakra grew at such an alarming rate it smashed right into Blackbeard and Xebec breaking several of their bones in their torso, arms, and legs as it did due to the sheer density and power of the concentrated Bijuu chakra. The TBB was soon launched as it made contact sending the broken and battered pair flying back pinned against the Bijuu Bomb which would send them all the way towards Gaikotsu Bay. The Bijuu Bomb would explode in a tremendous fashion when it reached the bay, blowing the opponent's nearly out of existence. The pressure of the explosion would sweep back towards Menma and his clones.

( Bijutsu: Bijudama ) - Tailed Beast Skill: Tailed Beast Ball

Description: The Tailed Beast Ball is the ultimate technique of a tailed beast, which can also be used by a jinchūriki while transformed. Tailed Beast Balls are made from an 8:2 ratio of positive black chakra (+の黒チャクラ, purasu no kuro chakura) and negative white chakra (−の白チャクラ, mainasu no shiro chakura). Users must gather and balance this chakra in their mouths, shape it into a sphere (or a conical shape in the case of the Ten-Tails in its second form), and then fire it at their target. Tailed Beast Balls are very destructive, creating explosions that are visible from far away and that vaporise almost everything in the blast area. The Ten-Tails has further range than other users, capable of firing it in a conical shape that causes a mid range explosion around it when used.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle, requiring at least a 2 turn break in between uses. This wait is doubled for the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki.
Note: If 2 or more Jinchuriki collaborate in the creation of a Bijudama, the power of it multiplies by the number of Jinchuriki.

The head of the Nine Tails had formulated around his body while he held both his arms forward outstretched towards his opponents. The head of the Nine Tails with a wide open mouth would rapidly formulate positive black and negative white chakra in a 8:2 ratio. The rapid combination of chakra effectively forming a Bijuu Bomb which quickly filled the area in front of Menma and his clone, the sheer size and speed of the Bijuu Bomb's expansion would render any ability to see past it impossible at the rate it was growing. The growing ball of dense chakra grew at such an alarming rate it smashed right into Blackbeard and Xebec breaking several of their bones in their torso, arms, and legs as it did due to the sheer density and power of the concentrated Bijuu chakra. The TBB was soon launched as it made contact sending the broken and battered pair flying back pinned against the Bijuu Bomb which would send them all the way towards Gaikotsu Bay. The Bijuu Bomb would explode in a tremendous fashion when it reached the bay, blowing the opponent's nearly out of existence. The pressure of the explosion would sweep back towards Menma and his clones.

As Clone 1 was placed in the sharingan genjutsu, Kurama's chakra would immediately attempt to release him from it only to find out that such a method was ineffective. The opponent's eye and spiritual prowess proving to be quite the conundrum for the Nine Tails as it tried to relinquish the genjutsu's hold on its host. Stuck in the genjutsu, Clone 1 was made to remain idle due to the paralysis that overcame him. Although he wasn't fearful in the slightest due to knowing he was within a genjutsu.
Meanwhile, Clone Two and Menma had continued on and both had gotten into short range unimpeded by the opponent and were continually closing the distance, both now within 3 meters of them. Alright, I got asked to check this by Geezus.

Ill go through point by point to try and avoid any follow up questions.

My opponent's technique allows him to move at 5x his base speed in order avoid attacks. The drawback however for this incredible high speed movement being the fact the opponent can only move linearly until he comes in contact with a reflective surface which would allow him to change his trajectory.

Snow is extremely reflective, to the fact that you can even get sunburn from UV light rays being reflected off it. Id say this constitutes as a reflective surface enough for Riker to use his reflective property.

However the issue arises due to the fact that my opponent tries to change his trajectory a couple of times before actually reflecting off a surface.

I dont see Riker trying to change trajectory a couple times.
They fired himself backward and to their left and, upon hitting the reflective surface of the snow, their trajectories were instantly redirected.
I see only one redirection/trajectory change from this sentence (albeit both of them performing the same one). I think a little more detail or better choice of wording could have been used here, perhaps "fired himself diagonally backwards and left" making it clear that it was one movement instead of two. More details show there was only one change of trajectory as well, as if they had hit more than one reflective surface, it would be been written as "upon hitting the reflective surfaces of the snow" but perhaps this is a little too deep. However devil is in the details.

The initial trajectory was his movement backwards. However as he moves backwards he then tries to move left, which would constitute a change in trajectory of 90 degrees, meaning a reflective surface is needed. He continues by saying as he moves he would hit the snow, which is only present on the ground, meaning another change in trajectory is needed to move to the ground.

As far as I can see, Riker isnt flying or floating, and is in direct contact with the ground, thus not needing to change trajectory in his move. Again as said above, I can see only one trajectory. Even moving backwards and down towards the snow in a diagonal fashion, is still only one trajectory. There was no description of moving backwards, then angling downwards at the snow to then be reflected off the snow. Granted, there could of perhaps been a little more detail in the movement, but thats not at flaw. A change in trajectory is a change in the angle at which something is moving. Considering that Riker moved backwards with the intent to be reflected off the surface of the snow, there was no movement, change of angle to be reflected off the snow, then movement and change of angle again. I can only see one angle change which is the reflection.

All in all, with several factors including the speed of the technique+Rikers bio, Geezus' bio limitations for speed+tracking I think its fair to say its a valid use of the technique to avoid the TBB.

As the Tailed Beast Bomb was preparing to be launched, Menma and his clones sensed a large build up of chakra and a bright flash of light. Which raced by faster than Menma and his clones were capable of keeping track with. It wasn't until the opponents stopped to reform that they caught wind again of where they were. Immediately Clone 1 who had been released from the genjutsu after its effects wore off, was once again capable of moving and fashioned the needed handseals to subsequently cause the Earth to rise around the opponent into a full dome rising about 5 meters in diameter and quickly narrowing to a size which would completely encompass their light-based bodies as it closed in. The technique was made to trap both opponents' movement abilities and while doing so it would immediately close in aiming to crush them with its immense power. The dome encapsulating the opponents just as the beams of light were being fired off from the finger of Teach, meant that the Light Bullets would fortunately be unable to penetrate the dense rock which rapidly rose around them, not even capable of leaving a dent in the surface of the dome and protecting Menma at the same time. The dome would immediately close and serve as a means to completely crush the opponents within them, leaving them completely battered, however this was also coupled with simultaneous attacks from both Menma and his second clone.

Clone 2 who had jumped backwards and was the closest to the opponent's was effectively about 6 meters from where Blackbeard and Xebec had chosen to reform. As the dome rose around the opponent's Clone 2 had held his hand to his side and proceeded to fashion a Demon Wind Shuriken made of Plasmoid which would quickly be thrown with deadly force at the targets. The unique thing about the Shuriken being the fuinjutsu that would allow it to track the chakra of Teach and make it unavoidable. The Plasmoid Release would have an Elemental Advantage over the Light Release and as such would make it easy to slice into the opponents and then explode in a short-range explosion of plasmoid energy. However at the same time another technique followed right behind it and would make contact moments after.

Description: The user will focus their chakra as they place their hand to the side them creating a three dimensional Windmill Shuriken shaped construct of Plasmoid above the palm of their hand that is also embedded with a fuinjutsu script. The Plasmoid appears to be transparent with a small sphere located at its center that glows with a soft light as arcing streams of energy that radiate from it. What's unique about this technique is the fuinjutsu applied to the shuriken give it the ability to track the chakra source of a target, making it almost impossible to evade. This means that one must stop or block the Shuriken as simply moving out of it's path would be ineffective as the Shuriken will quickly correct course. The Shuriken is dense and extremely sharp able to slice a target as the arcing energy would be drawn to the target, absorbing heat from the target weakening it. The center sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force creating a short-ranged blast radius. The user is able to use double the chakra cost to effectually create two Shuriken, with one hiding within the shadow of the other, requiring some form of enhanced perception like Sensing or Doujutsu to notice the second Shuriken. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses and intangible elements as well; But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, being more effective against heat based elements.

Menma sensing the reformation of the opponent as he stopped had raised his hand to the sky creating a Rasengan infused with Wind Chakra. He too would throw his attack alongside his clones attacks throwing it also with deadly force. The sheer speed of the Rasenshuriken allowing it to quickly close the distance and hit near simultaneously as his clones own techniques. The blades of the Rasenshuriken would expand and slice into the opponents before exploding in a furious tornado that would attack the opponents cells with a countless amount of Wind needles which would affect them on a cellular level. The combination of attacks would completely devastate the opponents if they were all made to successfully strike the opponents, reducing their health to 0.

As the Tailed Beast Bomb was preparing to be launched, Menma and his clones sensed a large build up of chakra and a bright flash of light. Which raced by faster than Menma and his clones were capable of keeping track with. It wasn't until the opponents stopped to reform that they caught wind again of where they were. Immediately Clone 1 who had been released from the genjutsu after its effects wore off, was once again capable of moving and fashioned the needed handseals to subsequently cause the Earth to rise around the opponent into a full dome rising about 5 meters in diameter and quickly narrowing to a size which would completely encompass their light-based bodies as it closed in. The technique was made to trap both opponents' movement abilities and while doing so it would immediately close in aiming to crush them with its immense power. The dome encapsulating the opponents just as the beams of light were being fired off from the finger of Teach, meant that the Light Bullets would fortunately be unable to penetrate the dense rock which rapidly rose around them, not even capable of leaving a dent in the surface of the dome and protecting Menma at the same time. The dome would immediately close and serve as a means to completely crush the opponents within them, leaving them completely battered, however this was also coupled with simultaneous attacks from both Menma and his second clone.

Clone 2 who had jumped backwards and was the closest to the opponent's was effectively about 6 meters from where Blackbeard and Xebec had chosen to reform. As the dome rose around the opponent's Clone 2 had held his hand to his side and proceeded to fashion a Demon Wind Shuriken made of Plasmoid which would quickly be thrown with deadly force at the targets. The unique thing about the Shuriken being the fuinjutsu that would allow it to track the chakra of Teach and make it unavoidable. The Plasmoid Release would have an Elemental Advantage over the Light Release and as such would make it easy to slice into the opponents and then explode in a short-range explosion of plasmoid energy. However at the same time another technique followed right behind it and would make contact moments after.

Description: The user will focus their chakra as they place their hand to the side them creating a three dimensional Windmill Shuriken shaped construct of Plasmoid above the palm of their hand that is also embedded with a fuinjutsu script. The Plasmoid appears to be transparent with a small sphere located at its center that glows with a soft light as arcing streams of energy that radiate from it. What's unique about this technique is the fuinjutsu applied to the shuriken give it the ability to track the chakra source of a target, making it almost impossible to evade. This means that one must stop or block the Shuriken as simply moving out of it's path would be ineffective as the Shuriken will quickly correct course. The Shuriken is dense and extremely sharp able to slice a target as the arcing energy would be drawn to the target, absorbing heat from the target weakening it. The center sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force creating a short-ranged blast radius. The user is able to use double the chakra cost to effectually create two Shuriken, with one hiding within the shadow of the other, requiring some form of enhanced perception like Sensing or Doujutsu to notice the second Shuriken. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses and intangible elements as well; But the resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, being more effective against heat based elements.

Menma sensing the reformation of the opponent as he stopped had raised his hand to the sky creating a Rasengan infused with Wind Chakra. He too would throw his attack alongside his clones attacks throwing it also with deadly force. The sheer speed of the Rasenshuriken allowing it to quickly close the distance and hit near simultaneously as his clones own techniques. The blades of the Rasenshuriken would expand and slice into the opponents before exploding in a furious tornado that would attack the opponents cells with a countless amount of Wind needles which would affect them on a cellular level. The combination of attacks would completely devastate the opponents if they were all made to successfully strike the opponents, reducing their health to 0.

I got asked by Riker to check this.

Im going to make a ruling hereto be added into the noticeable rulings to remember thread, in regards to spawning within 5m.
Currently the rule is that
"You cannot spawn techniques under opponents unless it is Swamp of the Underworld without it also being formed under you. " - (Lok, 2019)

This was ruled by the Head RP Admin in a tournament fight giving example of Swamp of Underworld. Riker makes a good point additionally that Gushing water imprisonment, Amaterasu are all jutsu that can be spawned directly on a person without need for 5m rule. Im going ahead to say that, Unless it is a canon technique, spawning cannot be within 5m.
That being said, custom techniques like this one, still need to spawn 5m away from the opponent unless you are within 5m of your opponent.

Riker makes a point in the VMs as well as chat that
"The Earth Release list is filled with jutsu like these because countering while the ground is shaking is valid. Your jutsu is no exception, the window to counter is the shaking, while it's rising, or with something like Nagashi right before it can close.

If your technique as written is determined to be breaking spawning rules, which it is not because like most earth techniques it can be countered just from the shaking, that's a matter for after the move is made. A change to the technique's writing wouldn't affect a move made before that edit. As your technique is written, it forms narrow and then closes. Forming it in a five meters diameter is violating its description. "


However, all Swamp, Amaterasu, Gushing water imprisonment still have moments to counter before they fully take effect.
Anyway getting off topic about other techniques.

This technique is designed to crush a single opponent, evident in the wording that dome narrowed to the victim’s body size states it is for one opponent. Considering that even though Riker has stated that both him and his creation are 16m both away from Menma, this technique would start spawning around Teach, meaning it would come up from underneath the personal Creation as well.
This technique needs to be updated or have its wording reflected to be more specific about the distance with its opponent.

Sage techniques do neutralize the weakness however they do not neutralize the strengths of the element. THey do not remove the strengths and weakness to make them neutral to all, just meaning that a sage fireball can play on par with a normal waterball.

Conclusion:
Menma uses an Earth tech enhanced with Sage Chakra that is neutral to elements but retains its earth strengths. Teach will have to defend against an earth tech that is rising up 5m radius around him, while his creation is on the outside.

I will say this is messy, and I had a hard time deciding what should happen here. This is by no means a definitive answer to all spawning rules, and should a mod or LoK change them thats fine, I think every technique is a case by case basis.


Im here to amend a previous statement on how the jutsu technique works.
I have been informed that, despite how the description of Geezy wants the technique to work, it cannot be different to what is written in the technique itself.
Despite how a jutsu is described in the move it is used with, it cannot perform outside of how it is written. Unfortunately, the technique itself states it wraps around one person.
The sage enhancement still stands however, the technique itself would fail due to its incorrect usage.
If the wording on the techniqe itself was a little bit better it could be used against multiple opponents.

Conclusion: the Earth technique fails, but the other moves go through.

One of the copies conjured a Rasenshuriken, and the other produced a shuriken infused with a complex nature Blackbeard didn't recognize. The Rasenshuriken, in particular, caught his attention; he sensed the same kind of chakra in it that adorned the copy's bodies, something distinct from Menma's own natural chakra signature. The visage of the beast that formed from the cloak, the power, and even the fabled Tailed Beast Ball, all with extreme potency. Blackbeard's eyes narrowed, and a plan came to mind.

The Sage instructed Xebec with his plan, and released the Light transformation adorning his body immediately after the techniques were thrown. He weaved together several handseals and formed a barrier that instantly expanded to mid-range in each direction from Blackbeard's position. The barrier stripped the two opposing techniques of the boost in their potency, storing the excess power within itself. Blackbeard grinned in delight, the strange chakra he sensed distinct from Menma’s being pulled away.

The barrier carries a chakra-detecting property, allowing it to "analyze" techniques that exist within its range. The barrier is capable of detecting infusions or other enhancements throughout the enemy's techniques; upon detection of such a technique, the barrier will activate, forcibly stripping the infusion from the technique, absorbing this power into itself. The barrier does not weaken the technique in any way beyond that, and as such has no effect on techniques that are not passively or actively enhanced in some way. In addition to the previous effect, the user is capable of weaving an additional seal, allowing the absorbed power to be released back into a technique of their own. This action consumes a move slot in the turn used but is passive so as to allow the boost to be applied to a technique used. The user can only do this with one "stored" infusion at a time but is capable of choosing which in the event that multiple have been stripped. In the event that an infusion is stripped and stored, the chakra used is "purified" by the barrier, allowing the power to be applied to the user's jutsu even in the event that the original boost was only applicable to a certain type of technique.

In the one fluid motion, the Hands were used to strike through the techniques one after the other. Xebec continued the motion into an attack, guiding the Hands directly toward the closest of the three Menmas. It directed each Hand to grab onto the Menma, one after the other; two of the Hands were guided to grip and restrain the Menma's arms while the third latched to his throat. Each successive touch placed the Menma under the effects of the Sloth before Xebec used the powerful grip of the Hands to rip the clone apart, sending the effects back to the original.

Description: This technique gets its name from one of the deadliest sins, sloth. The user begins by clapping their hands and focusing their Yin Release chakra behind them. The user creates several chakra arms (up to 8) behind them which are spiritual in nature. They do not appear to the naked senses, only Sage Mode users, Rinnegan and other Yin-Yang Release users can detect these hands. The best way to describe this technique is in relation to Madara’s Boader Jail technique. The arms are capable of physically interacting with the world and attacking or defending against physical constructs. However, the user can freely turn them completely intangible if they wish to bypass physical obstacles. The base usage of this technique allows the user to attack or defend covertly by freely manipulating the invisible arms. However, in their second form the user can add the “properties of sloth” to the hands which are dejection, idleness, and sleep. Dejection is a loss of will and focus translated in causing a victim to lose coherent perception of the world around them and weaken their ability to defend against genjutsu. Idleness is a loss of action which is translated to a hampered ability to cast techniques. Sleep is a loss of consciousness which is translated in a comatose state brought about by the sealing of one’s spirit if they are not sufficiently healed. The third and final form of this technique is brought about when the user introduces their Yang Release chakra which essentially makes the hands quasi-sentient and self-sufficient without the user’s mental input.

Note: all Yin Release users can use the base form of this technique. Yin Release masters or Yin-Yang users can use the second form. The final form of this technique can only be used by Yin-Yang users with a Yin affinity.
Note: The properties of sloth are spiritually degenerating properties. The more a victim interacts with the hands the worse they become. When touched by the hands once, the victim enters dejection and becomes unable to deduce A-rank and above genjutsu and unable to break S-rank genjutsu by any means. When touched twice the victim enters idleness and they become unable to perform techniques within a single time-frame. When touched thrice, the victim’s mind is sealed over the course of 2 turns and they enter a genjutsu that renders them a mindless puppet to the user. The properties of sloth can only affect victims if the hands are tangible. Switching between tangibility and intangibility requires a move.
Note: Genjutsu specialists and other Yin-Yang users can resist the properties of sloth through the use of counter genjutsu or Yin Release techniques like Yin State.
Note: This technique can be used once per battle. While in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yang Release, or Yin-Yang Release techniques.

Sleep is a loss of consciousness which is translated in a comatose state brought about by the sealing of one’s spirit if they are not sufficiently healed. The third and final form of this technique is brought about when the user introduces their Yang Release chakra which essentially makes the hands quasi-sentient and self-sufficient without the user’s mental input.

Note: all Yin Release users can use the base form of this technique. Yin Release masters or Yin-Yang users can use the second form. The final form of this technique can only be used by Yin-Yang users with a Yin affinity.
Note: The properties of sloth are spiritually degenerating properties. The more a victim interacts with the hands the worse they become. When touched by the hands once, the victim enters dejection and becomes unable to deduce A-rank and above genjutsu and unable to break S-rank genjutsu by any means. When touched twice the victim enters idleness and they become unable to perform techniques within a single time-frame. When touched thrice, the victim’s mind is sealed over the course of 2 turns and they enter a genjutsu that renders them a mindless puppet to the user. The properties of sloth can only affect victims if the hands are tangible. Switching between tangibility and intangibility requires a move.
Note: Genjutsu specialists and other Yin-Yang users can resist the properties of sloth through the use of counter genjutsu or Yin Release techniques like Yin State.
Note: This technique can be used once per battle. While in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yang Release, or Yin-Yang Release techniques.
The chakra barrier's immediate permeation through the air quickly prompted Clone 1 who was caught within the range of the barrier to perform the seal of confrontation. As a medical sealing master, it was nothing for Menma, and by extension his clone to erase the barrier just as suddenly as it appeared. Inserting his own chakra into the opponent's technique which would forcibly cancel it, preventing its ability for it to continue to dwindle the power of any subsequent techniques performed by Menma and his clones. Clone 1 would run towards Menma to regroup after he did this.

For seals placed on a living medium, the user must make contact with the seal. For other seals, being in short range of it is enough. Normally, to perform this technique one needs to do the confrontation or the tiger handseal.
Note: Regular Fuuinjutsu users can dispel Sealing Techniques B-Rank and below. Uzumaki bios can dispel up to A-Rank. Medical Sealing Masters can dispel up to S-Rank.

Clone 2 at the same time, sensed the high levels of chakra emanating from Xebec and the Hands of Sloth moving towards the Shuriken. In a sacrificial effort to ensure the attacks landed without further trouble from the opponents, Clone 2 would move to place himself between the attacks so that the Shurikens could continue unimpeded to the targets. Using the speed granted by his Tailed Beast Mode, Clone 2 would use the Flicker Movement technique to appear to have suddenly re-positioned himself between the Shurikens and the Hands of Sloth, appearing directly before the opponents and blocking Blackbeards view of anything else.

In that same timeframe, as the Hands of Sloth would have been reaching out to crush the Shurikens, they were suddenly repelled by Clone 2, who had gotten between the attacks and unleashed a shockwave of powerful Tailed Beast Chakra forwards smashed into both Blackbeard and Xebec sending them blasted backwards and down into the ground. This resulted in the Hands of Sloth being immediately repelled and destroyed from the additional Natural Energy which was combined with the shockwave of Tailed Beast Chakra. Without anytime left for the opponents to try and defend themselves from them, the shurikens followed right behind. A brilliant explosion ensued and allowed the attacks to decimate the opponents. Clone 2 caught up in the explosion would dissipate and his remaining chakra would return to Menma. The attacks, would reduce the opponents health to 0 and end the battle.

Using the power of their bijuu to boost their physical abilities, the Jinchuriki is able to dash and move at incredible speeds. While doing so, the user will move and run on all fours (if applicable) and display a movement much more in tune to the animal traits his bijuu possesses. The speed at which one can move is relative to the transformation used. The basic Red Chakra Cloak doubles the users speed while the Incomplete Transformation triples his speed. The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.
Note: this version can only be used by Bijuus with Chakra Cloak or Incomplete Transformation active. Naruto can use this technique in both his 9 Tails Chakra mode as well as his Bijuu Mode.

When Naruto was in control while using Kurama's power, he demonstrated powerful shockwaves by roaring or by simple movement of his arms. When enraged or when Kurama took control of his body, he has been shown to use explosions with powerful wave of his arms by slamming them on the ground. The ability varies in power, depending on the chakra mode the user is in and the chakra he puts into it but can only be used from time to time and never in focused or precise ways. In their Complete Transformation, the technique gains +20 damage.

Right i got asked to do this final check and well, you know i'm gonna keep it short because effort. But i'll address a couple of things in the meantime.

Going back to the whole tracking thing when Riker was in light form, Geezy could of tracked him. Riker's speed with his buff would have been 75, Geezy's tracking would of been 80 (event caps in place). Not relevant right now but something that just needed fixing.

Next thing is, Neutral means neutral. I'm just gonna quote a ruling from my thread that explains this:
Your bio will have a maximum amount of chakra it can convert to sage chakra. For example, a perfect sage can convert 40% of their chakra to sage chakra. You can not go above this. The only exception, for example is that Naruto bios can convert more. If you try to convert more, you will fail.

When you are in sage mode, jutsu use the sage chakra you have converted, therefore they gain the damage increase. Doujutsu techniques such as Rinnegan do not gain this buff. With this, the jutsu become neutral to all, losing their strength and weaknesses.

For example if you are a Jounin (1600 chakra) and instantly enter sage mode with 10% of their chakra, they will start with 160 sage chakra. The jutsu a person uses while in sage mode will use up this pool of chakra and gain the buff in the process while being neutral, along with sage mode being active using up a proportion of this chakra per turn.

Six paths senjutsu does not make jutsu neutral, only increasing damage as outlined in your bio rules.

Next thing is. Both of you really need keep track of your chakra. I mean big factor here is Geezy is capped and on top of that would be even more limited with sage chakra. It's relevant. You need to keep track of it all.

Next is, i don't believe the earth jutsu would fail. It would only bind one person, which would be blackbeard. Just my opinion. Yes i agree a jutsu does what it says it does, you can't change that, but because you tried to bind multiple people i don't think it would fail. I'm saying this cause this is the final check so just covering everything.

With all that said. Lets look at the current issues.

Geezy: Threw a bunch of enhanced shuriken, over power light etc.

Riker: Threw up a barrier that removes buffs and his creation uses hands of sloth

Geezy: He tries to cancel barrier, have clone move and use shockwave to attack assuming shuriken goes forwards.

Just gonna explain how these events play out in an organised timeframe:


Geezy would throw the wind shuriken that were enhanced towards Riker.

Riker throws up the barrier while using hands of sloth. The barrier would strip the enhancements from the shuriken. Leaving them as standard damage. WIth sloth hitting them.

Geezy tries to destroy the barrier, and move clone into the path and use the shockwave. If the shockwave is released as he moves, he would move into it, but not only this but it would hit the shuriken as they were. But the problem ties in, in a sec...

He tries destroy the barrier at the same time. If hes destroying the barrier, at the same time the shockwave is released, the shockwave would be nerfed as it's released and the barrier destroyed. The shockwave would have to be released after the barrier is destroyed in order for it to not be nerfed.

The shuriken would have already been nerfed by the barrier. Or you're destroying the barrier before it's been made, breaking the tf.

So in short, shuriken were weakened, hit by hands of the sloth, other powered. Clone moves using shockwave. Even if it ran into the shockwave, the shockwave would have been released, but had it's buffs stripped. Barrier is destroyed, clone 2 gone, hands of sloth over power the shockwave and would hit the real geezy.

Final check:

After talking on discord with you both and Lok having his input there are a couple of things to clear up. The hands of the sloth would never touch the clone as it ran into his own shock wave. The sloth would destroy the shuriken and the shock wave.

The jutsu Geezy used isn't meant to work on barriers, but that's going to be fixed up the removed the medical stuff anyway as Lok explained so i'm going to leave that as it is for now.

Geezy's move failed as a whole so on that front, Riker wins the fight.




Geezy is still on 160 health, long range from Riker (16m) with clone two gone. The fight is other and you're both back in the landmark. I can't stop you fighting again but Geezy can try to run or you can both go your own ways. The choice is yours. But with as it stands Geezy still on his full health with no degenerative effects.




This is a specific ruling based on the long discussion. If a clone had an effect on it, such as the hands of the sloth technique, that effects the target spiritually, when the clone disperses, this effect will go back to the real user. This comes from how kakashi explains fatigue as well as knowledge going back to the user along with sakura's explanation of spiritual energies. This doesn't mean genjutsu effects go back to the targets. Specific abilities such as Yin releases spiritual effects. This will also apply to the hungry ghost effect. Custom jutsu and other effects will be down to a checker's discretion.
