Go to the bottom right and click the flag. Select Australia. Same URL and domain name.

First take a look at the scamwarners link I sent you and see the results of the people who thought the same then go onto this site:

And it will tell you how to tell the difference.. You're sucking the joy out of this for me :T_T:

T_T It didn't work for me, seems they don't like my kind.

Hmm, Idk maybe the one he sent me in the mail was the real link but for the other people it went to a fake site which was very hard to tell the difference. Poor them..

He probably sent you the fake one

It probably just didn't copy right.... Either from you onto the board or by me not merely clicking it but copying it into one of my "testing" browsers.

Of course it is possible one of my browsers or phishing software corrected the problem before it happened XD. I have pretty good security, though this is the first time I have heard about what you posted

Possibly.. But you can even search it up as hundreds of people got scammed that way

I shall send you one now!

I just tried those links on all of my browsers and had to use an online proxy to go to the fake site. So it seems I am pretty well protected from those fake sites XD

Anti-virus had no activity so it never even got past the Browser. Either it is one of my black listing programs or it is the browsers redirecting. This thread has been quite amusing thanks for it XD

My best bet would be Anti-Virus prompting the browser to redirect.

I looked into the logs and no activity from the anti-virus/firewall. Whenever it redirects it gives me a warning. Something is stopping on URL retrieval and it happens on all browsers.

What do you think is the problem? Maybe Google is finally smart enough to recognize real & fake... Who knows

Not really a problem, but I do have an internet blacklist that prevents certain sites from loading. I haven't updated it in a while but it might still be working. That or they already hit the fake paypal and took it down

Since I have no blacklist program and it also redirects me, they most likely did already take down the fake paypal site.
