Between Sasuke's and Naruto's descendants, who's likely to be stronger?

Naruto's but not because he's stronger. It's because his kids are already 25% Uzumaki & 50% Hyūga. While Sasuke's child is simply 50% Uchiha.
Its also likely that because of this the Sharigan might become scarce & a doujutsu relic of the past, sadly.

This is really pointless since nothing can be resolutely said. I'll talk about just Boruto and Sarada since further descendants can't be compared. And seemingly as of right now, Boruto is the stronger one.
You don't just go on and equally inherit stuff. Each specific type of genes can produce their own characteristics. And a person inheriting his/her parents genes in not limited to 50%. Dominant genes play an important role here. A person can inherit the eyes, hair, skin, height etc all from one side. There's no condition limiting that.

Inheritance of genes and power doesn't happen like that at all. That's not even close to reality. God... Scientific knowledge is so low on this base.

Killing the eye is not difficult. Just plucking out the eye will make Uchiha fodder. Now a stronger body is something else. You would litterally need to grind your way to victory.

Uchiha goes blind with MS overuse or just simply gets it stolen like so many others they have to rely on whatever else they got while training or coppying. But physical prowess sticks--especially with an Asura reincarnation. BUT as proven with Hashirama there's ways to steal that if they're powerful and/or unique enough.

Naruto of course we can look at the women descendants since its unfair to compare men and woman in Japanese mangas. But narutos daughter seems more gifted than sarada who unlocked her sharigan after narutos daughter unlocked the byukagan .and she is much younger
