They're equal. The Mangekyou Sharingan and the tailed beasts are also equivalent. When you add it up, this presents the idea that Naruto's use of the tailed beasts and Six Paths Sage Mode is approximately the same as the power of Sasuke's Rinnegan and Mangekyou Sharingan.

Not really. The power is only as strong as the individual. Naruto has always been a league above Sasuke, ever since controlling Kurama's power and now adapting Hagoromo's. Rinnegan Madara is stronger than RSM Naruto, but this is because Madara himself is a strong individual as opposed to Rinnegan Sasuke.

In power rsm , but has alot more intangibles. You can control spirits, six paths techniques, resurrection, it immunity, gedo mazo control, heck with the Rinnegan youcan even gain Rikudou sm through the juubi jin sealing if you turly want to.
