Tbh I think it could go either way on who could win one on one with any random people with it since both are hax abilities

But overall kamuis a more practical abikity, for ka you can only use it once every 10 years it's only useful with hashi dna boost and then it might be better

Well i thought most people would disregard his arm from this subject since he never really used his arm for anything else aside from Izanagi spam but i guess not so just try to evaluate them based on the Sharingan they actually have in their eye sockets
