No they didnt. Katsuyu covered a lot of people. And enough survived to point where Tsunade's reserve ran out. Not saying it was weak but it has the ability to be countered unlike the Kyuubi's strongest attack.

but only one succeeded in destroying the leaf. i could say the same for the kyuubi, minato easily countered it

if tsunade is gone there is no counter. if minato is gone they can still put up a shield or a wall heck even chouji could jump infront of the tbb. there are more counters for the kyuubi then there are for shinra tensei

Which probably did something good for the village. No offence but Hiruzen politically was a bad hokage.

I guess you could say I think Ninetails because it is similar. The ninetails, would definitely be better if it was being controlled by someone. If it isn't I would say pein. What's more badass? Ninetails, explosion> pushing. Pushing is a less effective killing method. Would definitely fear the ninetails more.

lol no there isnt. Minato cant save all the people Tsunade saved during ST and Tsunade cant take care of the Kyuubi like Minato did. Chouji dies and then Kuruma shoots another.

Had Minato not been there, Kyuubi would have decimated the leaf.

i said minato for the kyuubi an tsunade for shinra tensei. there are more ways to counter a bomb then there are to counter a push. if im wrong then name some examples?

I am talking about effective ways to protect many people. But there are no effective measures to protect many people from multiple TBB.

Katsuyu protected many villagers by "swallowing" them into her small body parts.

Nobody can't survived that destruction without such protection.

im still waiting for these ways of protecting people without tsunade.

they can easily stop the kyuubi before the attack or a blast by using ftg. the hyuugas could ban together with a rotation to stop the blast. nara's can use there shadow possession to throw the blast of course(or stop the nine tails) and ino's clan can throw it off course.

a full kyuubi blast would destroy everything. but pain went in with a plan like a badass so thats cooler than a massive explosion imo.
