Killer Bee has clearly shown mastery in swordsmanship.
If he is that good with 8 swords then i imagine that his control over his swordsmanship would increase as the number of swords decrease...Don't ask how, no logic was applied when typing this

KB, and about the whole thing about Kakashi is just because he was an Anbu doesn't him badass with a sword.

So to that he's at the end of the list for me. All of those other mentioned above surpass Kakashi with a blade, if you ask me, even the young Chojuro.
