Better Personality: Sakura Haruno or Mikasa Ackerman

Dude, Mikasa is a bloody goddess compared to any Nardo female fodder.
1) Is this even a question? Mikasa has pretty much always been and continues to be more "useful" than the main character of the manga.
2) Yes shes obsessed with a male but her motivation for it is completely realistic and even sympathetic - her feelings for him are also interestingly a mixture of all things (familial, friendship and romantic). And I don't know about you guys but I prefer stoic to b1tchy in my characters, male or especially female.

Unlike Sakura, Mikasa is a confused child who can't confess her love and feelings to Erin. At least Sakura could do that.

-Sakura is more useful. What is even Mikasas job? Protecting Eren and fighting? Well sry to say this but Eren saved her more than vice versa and Eren and Levi are better fighters and more useful in this category. It was her fault that many people got killed by the Female Titan.

-Sakura has a better personality. Mikasa gives way earlier up, (she gave up on Eren when he went on a rampage the first time AND EVEN SAID THAT NO ONE SHOULD TRY HELPING HIM) is very dull, kinda psychotic and annoys her love interest all the time by basically taking his masculinity away and treating him like a child.

-Again Sakura for the reasons above.

Usefulness

Debatable. Mikasa is easily a more consistently active participant in crucial moments. However, her only real use is combat.

Technically, Sakura serves both combat and medic roles.

However, given her inconsistent use of either throughout Naruto, I'd go with Mikasa.

Personality

Again debatable. On my personal bias, strong silent types are easily my favorite (Mikasa). Sakura however, shows more personality and actually interacts with more than 2 characters compared to Mikasa only interacting with Eren and rarely Armin.

At the end of the day, Mikasa's rational is explained between childhood trauma and the rescue Eren operation where she notes she can only let so many people get close to her. I also expect she will flesh out more with time especially with Kenny being an Ackerman.

Sakura has a personality too; however, it isn't to my personal preference.

Ignoring personal bias, I'd say they are basically tied. Mikasa is a strong silent who rarely interacts with anyone but Eren. Sakura is more out going, but her emotions flaw judgements she makes several times in the late stages of Naruto.

Neither are perfect. Fortunately for Mikasa she has room to grow.
