Better: Naruto v/s Naruto Shippuden

As the title suggests, this thread is about likes and dislikes of both shows.

In the part 1, I liked the fights. Why? Because they felt very good. It was not all about the powers (as in shippuden where you get rinnegan, SO6P's taijutsu , e.t.c) rather it was about sharp senses, team work and STRONG WILL.

However the thing I hated in part 1 was that Naruto was small, very very idiotic and Kishi drew him badly =D

I liked Part I for the sense of danger, and how it felt like the characters were overcoming overwhelming odds. The story also felt more solid to me.

I like Part II for epicness and more interesting characters, including villains (Akatsuki). I liked the growth of K11 and their updated designs, too bad most side characters didn't get much development.

What I don't like would be generally the prophecy stuff. I think it could have been easily omitted altogether with no impact on the story. I don't really want to list minor gripes since they are, well, minor.

Part 2 has much bigger variety of characters, more and better villains, and explained the whole story

Part 1 has K11 doing something (at least Neji and Lee should've done more)

you see part one is actually a lot of real ninjs type meaning it lot focussed of a real shinobi powers not jst revolve story abt uchihas n naruto.....you see the arc when sasuke leaves the konoha for me dats the best arc of all anime series i hav ever see no one has ever done things so perfactly it was not too sad not too short the most perfact arc in all way and the ending was too good of that arc basically what element of suprise attack n logical fighting was der along woth individual powers r missing in shippuden.... in shippuden its only abt sharingan and its powers no arc wen people fight collectively n also loose.........

The war arc is trash, can't compare to part 1 standard.

I actually enjoyed part 1 more than Shippuden. I prefer the arcs in part 1 over Shippuden, but it's been an awesome run either way watching/reading both.

If you think about it, the anime came in 2002 the manga was 1999 or 2000. Of course he was drawn all ratchet because of how animation and drawing was a decade back
