Sakura & Ino are going to be the best medical nin in the future because their rivalry will force them to outwit each other.

Rin was a medical nin I think. She did surgically implant Obito's sharingan on Kakashi.

Madara as well must be knowledgeable since he did the same for Sasuke and he also implanted the Rinnegan to his left eye.
