Yes it does. Sony has the more powerful console, though both are weaker than low end PCs

Yep but not game changing, very subtle colour diff, but the textures are virtually the same.
The ps4 does have a higher pixel rate as well

Yes, it does. However, to notice the differences you would have to zone out everything else going around you and nitpick

Not really that big of a difference, The fault lies with developers, I mean look at dragon age Inqusition for ps3 and xbox360, surely EA dont not use the max amount of power of the last gen. system in this game lol, the graphics are too weak.

It seems that in the specs
Ps4 uses GDDR5 RAM
while XBoxOne still uses the conventional GDDR3 RAM

you decide what is better U_U

Although being said that, PS4 isn't perfect it also undergoes bugs and problems like faceless people in Assassin's Creed Unity and other games have experienced frame rate drops while XboxOne seems to be fine with them..
honestly its a bit confusing..
but graphics is usually better when it comes to the PS4..

Yes i heard that ubisoft now has a page were they release patches almost everyday for these bugs!
