Best written characters in Narutoverse

I think Gaara and Naruto are the two best written characters and initially there paths mirrored each other with Naruto choosing to seek acknowledgment and love while Gaara lived only for himself and to exterminate all others. Also how they both changed there lives for the better by taking the pain and suffering they had inside and using it as strength. Both are very inspiring characters in my opinion.

How he perceived things and changed after the meeting with Naruto was indeed memorable.

Obito? Sure he's a well written character but the motivation for his was rin. Only rin. Seeing his best friend kill his beloved teammate right in front of him.

Sasuke had a lot worse happen to him yet he's shown the will to break the cycle of hatred on his own. Sasuke trumps, he is the best written character.

Madara is the most well done written.

He is the only character who lost the most dear things to him, but he never backed down from achieving his dream with Hashirama and both changed the system. However, he later found out that history was violence and repeated itself constantly by reading the tablets, so he sought out a plan to change the whole world's system and created ideals supporting it. His personality kept on developing from a beloved, friendly brother into a mastermind manipulator. No one can match his character's depth and development.

Gaara, Itachi, Sasuke, and Kakashi come close.​
