I am simply asking what are the best written and truly geniune relationships in the manga in you opinion.
To me; these are on top:
Gai and Lee:

They have something truly real going on between each other, the reasoing of "why" they are close is not even a question because their relationship is progressed and portrayted very well.
They have a good showcase of a parent/child love. We can see the concerns, teachings, decisions and break downs of their relationship and not a panel wasted in this including comedic relieves. They get together like how a parent and child does, a sense of "need" in a side's case. Lee needed someone to believe in himself and Gai wanted to believe in someone. He believes Lee like a parent does and does not lose faith in his "son" no matter what because of his efforts. Lee looks up to him as a father and master, also appreceates his acknowledgement. Gai teaching what he knows to Lee shows how a parent pours his/her life and hopes to his/her own child.
Their showcase of parent and child/master/son relationship seems bot not perfect and the most "pure" one in the series.
Ame orphans:

They were 3 kids who get orphaned, need to grow up early and accomplished it together, both instinct of survival and needing someone brought them together. The way their ideals and hopes passed down to each other, the resolve poured down to one when the one of them goes down shows a shared ideal and genuine friendship.
Whatever floats your boat, man. I still find it hilarious though. Sasuke could always use brighter, better buds. These two are like a sack of potatoes.

Bonds are of many kinds. Even a professional set up is a bond for the office environment. You support this primarily for Sasuke x Sakura - the pairing that makes me puke every time. It's that disgusting.
I wish Fu and Torune bromance wasn't just in the filler (and my head) :|
OT: heck, the Guy and Lee bond was one of the highlights of the series, especially Lee's surgery flashback. Too bad it wasn't shown much since then. IMO Naruto's chasing after Sasuke was indeed forced, but at least he sort of got over in in the Summit arc. I also kind of like the current Ino-Shika-Cho bond.
But as far as the Naruto/Sasuke one being one sided... Well it was written that way on purpose. It was all to build up to the emotional climax at the VOTE. I mean there have been clear instances where you can see Sasuke cared about Naruto and even Sakura.
And even when Kakashi lectured him before he was attacked by the Sound 4, Sasuke was legitimately questioning if he should continue on the path of revenge or forget about it and grow with team 7.
Sasuke clearly is bonded to Naruto, but it's his personality to make it like he's not. But when you look at the chapter when he returns to the battlefield, he and Naruto just look at each other and impressed about their new power-ups.
