You put Sai and Shikamaru as the worst? Sai is debatable, but Shikamaru was great.

Sai was to much of a flip flop in my opinion

Shikamaru had these moments when he spoke like a boss but couldn't back it up he was talking about assassinating Sasuke lmao ,If Kakashi hadn't follow them with the request of Tsunade he would have gotten team asuma killed (on top of Hidan & Kakuzu sealing 2 bijuu 6 days straight none stop). I liked his dad character more wish they would have took him out instead of neji.

Why do people say "I like pain, but not nagato." or "Pain is a great character, but nagato is not" like wtf :lol? I mean it's understandable if you liked him mainly due the desinge which was pretty badass but damn, implying they're not the same characters always seemed dumb to me:lol

Oh yeah, the third Hokage was the worst. He took all the glory and acted like he cared about the village like a family, and then allowed Danzo to do whatever he wanted. He was disgusting in the sense, that he practically made Danzo get his hands dirty for him. He allows the village to hate Naruto when he could have just told them the story and lets Naruto and Sasuke live by themselves, all alone, when they're just children, smh. Not to mention he lets Orochimaru escape while he was experimenting on children. He has shown no leadership qualities whatsoever yet allows people to think he was a God. In part one, all he could do was wish the 4th Hokage was alive.

Best: Pain, Itachi, Tobi-dara, Jiraiya, Kisame, Tobirama, Zetsu(deal with it), Kabuto

Worst: All females cast, Most of Hyuugas

Became a joke: Orochimaru

Itachi, Pain, Kakashi Sasuke, Nagato, and Sakura Tobi.

Worst is Sakura.

The worst are like all kunoichi and the whole kage thing. I wish they went more in depth with the women and all kages , not just the Hokages, but all 30+ kages

Madara's character went downhill AFTER (awesome up to & during) Hashirama's story to Sasuke. Slow at first but it accelerated & hit bottom by the time he was JJ. After that, Kaguya. I liked several of the non konoha kages like Muu but as a whole not that interesting.

Worst: Obito and Hinata.

Worst written ones, that's a bit of a hard question. Maybe Sakura, not because she's bad or anything, but for someone who is important to the series, her character has definitely been shitted on the most, and could have turned out much better.

I agree. But it's not just Sakura, all kunoichis are badly written. Even the main ones like Hinata.

Disliked because you put Hinata in the best written characters. And because you put Minato in the worst.

Madara(Many don't even understand madara''s character, this dude always had the perfect image of reality)
Danzo(Kishi is a genius for making this)
Tobiroma(One of the most realistic yet unique characters in NV, tobiroma is an automatic top 5 char )
Jiraya(That one badass character that everyone automatically gives the respect it deserves due its plot significance, yeah that's jiraya)
diedara(he's actually one of the best characters that never changed, his death was also just outstanding) and Might gai

Worst: Obito, Sakura, or Sasuke(Dude just kept switching sides without any real development).
