I have never seen Kisame look any better than that. Agreed on the Kakazu front though, all 3 of his designs look awesome.

1- Itachi. The Akatsuki cloak looks the best on him. And his facial features give him the look of always being stressed, ya know? It fits his character in my opinion.
2- Orochimaru. His whole appearance defines evil lol. Like the paleness and his snake like features, he's the perfect villain.
3- Shikamaru. Lol I know I'll get haters for this, but he's just... normal. Lol. Out of all the Konoha 11, he's just drawn like a normal Konoha shinobi. I love this, because it fits his personality perfectly. Idk. Just me lol.
TOP 3 WORST
1- Iruka. Idk but that scar across his nose just looks extremely weird to me. Like it was just thrown on there to make him stand out.
2- White Fang (Kakashi's Father). Idk. When he was first mentioned, and how he had amazing abilities, I just envisioned him to not look so... plain.
3- Shino (Shippuden). I hate how Shino got all covered up. It's so stupid, now he just looks dumb.

Worst: Obito, Itachi (nothing special, just creepy to me and overrated in all directions by everybody), Choji, Kisame, Kakuzu, Zetsu(lolz) and Haku (looks totally like a freaking girl! is he a tranny?)
