People seem to not even read the OPs now a days. Don't know why they are talking about who can control Edo tensei best, when the thread was about who can use it best.

Kabuto couldn't do it, why ?
Because when sealed, they can't be summoned
But, Oro bypassed it.
So, Oro takes this U_U

Oro by passed it with the help of 2 other people.

And on top of that the death seal has nothing to do with Edo Tensei. And he didn't bypass anything, he had to undo the seal itself.

Oro don't know everything about EdoTensei's secret attacks. That's why he only focussed on Hokages to deal with the village.
Tobirama can beat the hell out with the help of Jounin level or even Chunin level Edo Tensei Shinobis.

If he was able to undo it, and summon the strongest ninja, why didn't Kabuto do it ?
When sealed with the Death Seal they cannot be summoned, there's information about this in the wikia.
