Hirudora is not a ninjutsu,lol........ Its only created by Guy like creating amount of taijutsu power.

If you're talking about normal fire style like flame then i will go for Madara's Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation........ If u remember when he used it against the shinobi alliance.

As for wind........ Rasenshuriken of course.

pakura's scorch release is just that (actually a combination but w/e): scorch release, not fire.

Pakura has two chakranatures , which together build shakuton. So that jutsu that you mean is Shakuton: Kajosatsu. But it's currently unknown which two chakaranatures are required to gather shakuton. But I believe it could be a Jutsu out of three natures : Doton, Futon and Katon.

P.S. I was about to say Amaterasu, but first - it is Kekkei Genkai technique, second - it harms the user itself, thanks to the use of the Mangekyo Sharingan.
