There is no way I could just pick one, but I do have a good list of some of my favorites that always stick out in my head that seem to always bring the character to life the best.
Johnny Yong Bosch, Steven Blum, Crispin Freeman, Vic Mignogna, Liam O'brien, and Monica Rial. I have a lot more too but those voices always stick out to me and they always seem to play their part amazingly.
I would list some of my favorite Japanese actors as well. but I don't know their names off the top of my head and really only know one character that each play.

His voice works so well as a villains type too. Not sure if you've seen code geass but yeah he plays that part so well. But he's also great with the goofy parts I will always and forever remember Johnny Yong Bosch as Vash The Stampede.
