4. Obito, he has done some epic stuff through out series but his reason for becoming a villian is stupid.(must be the effects of that huge bolder)
3.Pain, he was awsome, no mercy, he completely distroyed the village and killed alot of people but ended up bringing everybody back, if he hadn't done that than he would be higher.
2. Madara, he is the strongest ninja so far, he distroyed all the kages and he made things more interesting.
1. Orochimaru, he is the best villian, he killed thousands of people, truned them in to monster, killed his master, attacked the village, he did every thing he could to achieve his goals and he had an awsome personality.

- Orochimaru is the best villain without a doubt. The guy is just pure evil and just won't friggin die.
- Obito/Tobi is my favourite kind of villain, an intelligent strategist with a lot of knowledge on psychological behaviour.
- Madara is an arrogant villain, but oh so entertaining... "Love to hate him"-type of character.

The best in my mind is Obito. He's without a doubt caused the most damage out of any villain.
