i agree with all that and i think orochimaru is the best villianWell I kind of like them for different reasons
Orochimaru's reasoning for his corruptness exists but it shouldn't produce such malice out of him. This is actually a good thing though, since villains with flashback stories actually seem to form the majority in this manga. He has a creepy aura, and an equally creepy attitude. Everything seemed like a game to him in Part 1. I think what made him feel so powerful was that he purposely decided not to take possible cheap shots at the enemy. He decided not to kill Kakashi out of spite. He didn't even attempt to stab Hiruzen with his kunai at the beginning. He outright stated his suspicion in Kabuto's loyalty (probably for the lols). He let Anko live in fear. You'd think he was some merciful noble.
Kabuto should also be named. I agree that he's like an upcoming of Orochimaru and that makes him less interesting since we've already seen that persona before, but that's actually part of his character. He wants to become Orochimaru. Other than that, he represents part of the dark side of Konoha's actions. He represents the life of a man with no identity or name for himself. He's lost in life. And yet he's still intelligent, so he'll take any action he sees fit for himself and WILL strive at what he does.
Obito's actually one of if not my favorite villains. Most people were disappointed in Tobi's identity reveal and started placing their anger on Obito but if you think about it he's not too bad. Maybe the hatred comes from the misconception that Rin's revival is the whole idea behind his plan. Obito is actually trying to change the world just like Naruto, but he uses realism instead of idealism (hence why they're the opposite of each other in that regard). He's basically an Anti-Naruto. Besides Madara's revival and the Eye of the Moon Plan, Obito actually got a lot done himself.
Madara is my favorite character. He's cocky and his personality is great IMO. Some call him too arrogant but I like that in a villain like him. The villains are supposed to be overpowered and they're supposed to have the right to boast of their own skills while downplaying everybody else. In this case, he's possibly the most powerful Uchiha we've ever known if you don't include the Elder Son as part of the deal. He's the driving force behind Obito. He was a legend born decades ago, and yet currently he's the key behind the Juubi's revival, becoming one of the most powerful ninja to have ever lived, and he's very close to becoming a true god of a new world.
Of course there are others but i cbf to write them all >_>
