Best Villain?

Which villain was the best *NOT THE STRONGEST, The one who best fits the villain role and made the series/manga/anime entertaining* I think its Orochimaru hands down.

Yeah it's Orochimaru. He's the only one who was being selfish, a true bad guy.

Orochimaru is easily the greatest villain that has ever blessed the Naruto series.

Yeah, I gotta go with Orochimaru, as well. His goal was STRICTLY to better himself. Tobi and Pain's alleged goals are their on warped ideas of peace. With Orochimaru, he makes no such claim, making him look more evil.

I like how the role of Kabuto kept changing- first from helping them in the chuunin exams, then Oro's little helper, then Sasori's spy, then back to Oro's spy, then a clone of Oro, then the villain whose actually pulling all the strings... just very unpredictable.

Im not sure why people think oro is the best villain. Sure paedophiles in general are villains but stalking kids and keeping them in your basement doesnt make you the best villain. On your list its Tobi by far

I think any of these 4 are good arguements,
Pain- Before we learn about him he is the scary powerful leader of the Akatsuki
Kabuto- The whole thing that Ldude said how he kept changing
Orochimaru- Pure evil, Inhumane, Scary, Powerful, manipulative, etc.
Tobi- Mystery character secretly calls shots in Akatsuki, after Pains death reveals his world domination plan..classic.
