One piece had more in depth time skip that made me soo happy to see how stronger and how will they look because they all took crushing defeats and wanted to get stronger. Then naruto was naruto it was normal i liked how he got older. Bleach was a wtf imo i wouldnt care if they had time skip

naruto din not improve in the T S what so ever and it was kinda let down I mean one of the sanin was teaching him
but you can notice the difference in one piece before the time skip luffy and his nakama could barely take one pacifista now he can take down a pacificta with one punch now thats somthing ^_^

Fishman island has to be the worst intro arc ever conceived. God it was shit...

Overall it's still OP, though. Even with the crappy intro arc the actual world had a noticeable difference. It felt right for the first eight chapters. I guess I'm biased because I actually experienced that time-skip weekly.

One Piece hasn't been good since the time skip, so definitely not One Piece.

I say Naruto takes this. The Fullbringer arc ended poorly, so I can't give it to Bleach.
