Hell no people. It has to be Kimmimaro, his bloodline is freaking insane. One of the most intense Taijutsu-supplement techniques I've ever seen, in any anime.

Lee by far, especially when he's drunk but I guess we shouldn't count that as base.

Kimmimaro was better than base Lee but I'm sure Shippuden Lee would beat him in plain Taijutsu.

Kimimaro - Lee stated his taijutsu was near flawless, not a wasted movement. Then given his blood limit, it's a perfect supplement to his style. I like how it's so fluid/graceful - very neat.

Should be noted that like Itachi, Kimimaro had to be taken out via Mystery Illness.
