That right there is a flaw in his kenjutsu(technically not taijutsu). So clearly it's not the best.

Itachi. Not debatable. Why the hell are people mentioning Hidan, when he has zero Taijutsu feats; Kakuzu, when he only has no Taijutsu feats; and Nagato, when he's a goddamn cripple? Hidan uses a scythe. Kakuzu uses Ninjutsu and Domu. Not pure Taijutsu. Nagato is...a cripple.

Itachi has the speed but I don't think there have been many instances of him going full CQC pretty sure only people who have any instances like that are Kisame and Hidan...maybe Pain can't recall
