EXCLUDING THINGS LIKE HASHIRAMA/MADARA NARUTO/SASUKE ECT.

I think Minato/Kakashi would be OP'd as hell. And with BM Minato...
Gives Kakashi a cloak, and Kamui/FTG spams lol.

Siblings or clan members are the best at tag team, cause they trained together and the chemistry between them is high

Kakashi and Gai. They can execute a teamwork pretty well and even though they are not haxx as some characters they are doing great. İt is not just about powers it is about teamwork too.
