My vote goes to Manda II seeing as how he is the largest animal summon able to dwarf the average boss summon.

I know this from the measurements of Manda II body against Tortuous Island ^

Mine are definitely the Ninken dogs, they're strong, useful, loyal and adorable- The Chameleon is a close second but I love literally all of the summons. Even the Baku.

the dog that multiplies when you strike him. He is basically invincible unless you are obito,itachi,kakashi, or sasuke.those 4 can either warp it or make it disappear.
The best second summoning is the chameleon because you can fight your oponent while being invisible.
