water: kisame ( that super water shark thing)
lightning: sasuke (kirin)
wind: naruto (rasenshuriken)
earth; onoki's son (that giant wall sandwhich thing)

my favorite....

Fire: no favorite fire jutsu,
water: maybe water-dome
lightning: 3rd raikages armor
Wind: what danzo was doing with the shuriken against sasuke.
earth: those earth golems
