Best stationary ninja!?

Who is the best stationary ninja? A ninja who doesn't have to move his feet to own. These are the best contestants imo:
Gaara- Just let's his mom spirit do all the defending for him and he uses his amazing ninjutsu for offense. No need to move his feet.

Any Susano'o user- Susano'o is automatic defense and the user can use Susano'o weapons for offense.

Tobi- Well, it's almost impossible for him to be hit. Plus, he can materialize and strike when the time is right?

Itachi's cool in the sense that he uses Genjutsu and doesn't move unless he has to use other Jutsu like Amaterasu or Katon: Goukakyu no Jutsu.
