Best Speed Feats by Non-Speedsters

This thread is for characters who are not generally considered as speedsters

Whether it's for reactions, jutsu, movements or close movements, list their best speed feats. Also compare them with traditional speedsters in the same department

I got:
- Tsunade running alongside Raikage against Madara
- Zabuza never getting blitzed before casting his mist, despite shadow bind and mind capture users
- Bee intercepting Minato after FTG

I'm one of those who do give Sakura the credits for that feat, but it has very little to do with her speed.

Kaguya was moving upwards through her own momentum. So Sakura gets the strength feat for breaking her horn, but nothing for speed.
