Kakashi's Kamui snipe can't be ruled out either, though it drains chakra and his eyesight deteriorates.. Theoretically he can one shot just about anyone.

Sasuke's teleportation is so interesting I hope kishi explains it soon. I also really hope he'll have a solid feat with it soon besides using it to evade attacks

Minato's.

It's so fast that it makes Gai's 8th gated speed look slow, you doesn't require any handseals (since minato did it without arms), and it can warp not only people, but attacks in motion back at the attacker.

Kamui would have been debatable if it didn't detereorate the user's eyesight and considerably drain the user's chakra/stamina unless they have hashirama's cells.


Sasuke's by hype, should be the best though since it's not even an MS or rinnegan, but a sharinnegan technique.

Don't see how that affects what you've quoted. Madara never reacted to FTG, he only reacted to the movements of minato and tobirama AFTER FTG transported them there.

It's probably debatable whether or not Instant teleportation = speed, or not. You can't really compare it to foot speed.

If Gai used FTG it's a completely different story. Once he's transported where he needs to go his body is fast enough to succeed where both Minato and Tobirama failed.

Space/Time doesn't really count as speed. Gai isn't a space-time user, but he's definitely faster than Minato and Tobirama.

Agreed. A little off track- is it general consensus on the Base that Ay is faster than Minato? Or do people make the stance that FTG=Speed thus Minato is the faster of the two?

so minato moving at least a hundred meters, letting the onmyouton touch him, and then moving all the way back to konoha (hundreds of kilometers) before 8th gated Gai can even move 2 meters doesn't make the 8th gate look slow?
