honestly its Chris Brown, very close second Jeremih, being as they both have great range. Drake really cant sing. Frank Ocean like Lloyd know their range so thats why they dont try and out vocal the likes of Chris Brown. Frank Ocean and Trey Songs are the ones I would rather have on a hook though. Trey and Franks writing skills are a tier or two above Drakes, who in turn are better than Chris Brown and Jeremih than writing. Overall though, Frank is the best option with Trey ranking in 2nd, Drake, Jeremih and then Chris Brown for me
