So guys, according to you, who are they?

For the "best" shinobi of the clan, I mean the shinobi who better implements that clan's techniques.

For me, and of the clans I can remember right now, it goes like this:

Uzumaki Clan - Kushina
Senju Clan - Hashirama
Uchiha Clan - Madara
Hyuga Clan - Hiashi
Nara Clan - Shikamaru
Yamanaka Clan - Inoichi
Akimichi Clan - Chouji
Aburame Clan - Shino/Torune
Inuzuka Clan - Kiba
Sarutobi Clan - Hiruzen
Hozuki - Second Mizukage

uchiha - yup Itachi is amazing with techs, since madara primarily uses only susano'o (not being a fapboy)
hyuga - possibly neji, not necessarily
uzumaki - mito most likely but we can't be sure, so kushina/mito would be right

Well I have put Madara over Itachi cause Madara has shown the strongest Katon yet, Gouka Mekkyaku, and the Uchiha Clan are known for their Fire Techniques. He has also shown much better mastery of the Clan's secret Jutsus, being the only Uchiha to date to show a stabilised Perfect Susanoo (Sasuke will soon catch up to him, though).
