Actually I choose the 3 Tomoe Sharingan as the best because I remember a time in NARUTO when there were no super saijin powers just shinobi going toe to toe with jutsu. You actually had to have skills as a ninja to actually win the battle back then. It was suppose to be the last stage of the doujutsu the "fully mastered" sharingan. You couldn't just troll/spam Amaterasu or Susano'o, the Tomoe Sharingan gave the weilder an advantage but it wasn't as extreme as the newer sharingans; Mangekyou, & Eternal Mangekyou(the stuff these eyes allow you to do isn't ninja at ALL!!!! lol)

masked man does not have a specific design to his it just has 3 tomoe's like an normal sharingan im looking for best design not best attacks
