Who is the best Sharingan user?
Who is your favourite sharingan user?

These can be two diffferent answers as the "best" and your "favourite" aren't always the same.

My best and fav Sharingan user is Itachi.... =D =D

Kakashi is my favorite; and thinking that he is not even an Uchiha; he is pretty damn good.

Itachi might be the best; idk...

his skill in using sharingan was praised by itachi,obito and sasuke
i think sasuke is good sharingan's user too

I assume you mean the best at all forms of sharingan & not just the basic 3-T, well I have to break it up into parts:

Best 3-T - Itachi by far

Best MS - Obito by far

Best EMS - Madara by far (soon to be sasuke though)
