first salad can't unlock MS because it require pretty hard and bolt can't unlock byakugan or some kind of magic 9 tails charka
my option for Bolt :
multi shadow clone and fighting style developed from it
lighting shadow clone
lighting armor (relationship between his dad and cloud village is very good)
chidori and upgrade versions (from sasuke , kakashi , and cloud guys )
rasengan basic and non element upgrade versions
taijutsu trainning , and non special common fighting style such as dynamic entry or font lotus .v.v. and 8 gates (from rocklee and only 3 first gates allow)
Shuriken Shadow Clone (konohamaru)
sword fighting skill (sasuke and killer-B)
Summoning Jutsu

one more thing : possibly learn mean all jutsu they can learn with their ability and their relationship with other people can teach them
for exam : sasuke isn't had good relationship with the cloud village thefore no way salad can learn anything from them like bolt
