Well Kakashi would be the best all around since he can use a variety of elements - so that means that he would fit almost anyone for a sensei.

If you're good with chakra control and sealing - then Minato

If you're a pervert - then Jiraiya

If you're into overly excited men in skintight jumpsuits - Guy is your man!

Personally I'd go with Hiruzen though, since he at least KNOWS all the Konoha jutsu
