and the less it take over the better the control and since naruto takes on the least change he has the best control and therefor the best sage mode

Jiraya never mastered his, so his is the weakest. Naruto and Kabuto have diffrent types of Sage mode. Kabuto has dragon Sage mode and Naruto has has Toad Sage mode. I think naruto's sage mode is the strongest honestly.
